Big Brother 17 Live Feeds Week 2: Wednesday Night Highlights

Things got a little crazy on the Big Brother 17 Live Feeds last night as Audrey gave Da’Vonne some 11th-hour hope after she realized that Shelli and Clay aren’t going to be supporting her in the game much longer especially with a surprise addition to their alliance.

Elsewhere on the Live Feeds, the HGs, who seem to think viewers are enjoying their nightly podcasts, treat us to another one of those. Much later in the night some more conversations went down about the looming eviction and the week ahead. Read on to find out what else went down on the Live Feeds on eviction eve.

Big Brother 17 Live Feed Highlights – Wednesday, July 8, 2015:

4:00 PM BBT – Lockdown is over and the HGs have a new toy in the backyard. They’re practicing for the new HoH competition with a lever and fulcrum to flip balls in to the air and land in buckets.

4:55 PM BBT – Fun time is over and HGs head back inside so Big Brother can work on the official set up of the HoH competition.

5:10 PM BBT – Da’Vonne advises Jason to try to bring in Liz if she goes and use the Twin Twist in a positive way to make that happen.

5:30 PM BBT – House holding a group meeting (not a House Meeting, mind you) about Jeff and Austin’s skit the night before that was considered offensive to the ladies. They’re looking to redeem themselves with something positive.

5:55 PM BBT – Shelli and Jackie discuss the problems they’re having with Audrey when she walks in. They quickly shift topics and Audrey hangs around.

6:30 PM BBT – Audrey is crying about everyone isolating her and no one will talk to her about anything.

6:55 PM BBT – Audrey finally leaves and Shelli is relieved. She tells Jackie it’s so awkward with Audrey around now. They want to get her out next and then go after Liz. Jackie doesn’t think Liz is a threat. (Jackie doesn’t know about Big Brother & ticking clocks.)

7:10 PM BBT – Shelli tells Becky and Jackie that Audrey told her they were voting to keep Da’Vonne. Jackie gets mad and Becky talks about how ridiculous it for anyone to even think she’d tell Audrey anything.

7:44 PM BBT – Twerk session in the bathroom. Meg is trying to teach Steve how to twerk. Neither are very good at it. Jason shows them how it is done.

8:03 PM BBT – Shelli tells Clay about Audrey’s conversation about Becky and Jackie earlier. They’ve decided they actually want Audrey to go next week.

8:42 PM BBT – Audrey and Da’Vonne go into the lounge and Audrey tells Day that she wants to keep her. She tells Day that she can’t tell people she has her vote though because then Meg will start campaigning. Day says she doesn’t know if she can trust her. Audrey tells her that she can. She says this coming week they could really use each other. Audrey says unless her vote doesn’t get nullified she’s voting for Day to stay. Audrey says if she has Liz, Jason and herself, she only needs two more. They talk about working on Austin and James. She only needs 5 votes to stay. Day tells her it’s a “hell of a deal.”

8:48 PM BBT – Audrey and Day shake on the deal and Day says Jason has to come along. Audrey agrees. They discuss what to tell people if they’re asked what they were talking about.

9:03 PM BBT – Da’Vonne talking to the camera in the have not room. “This girl (Audrey) wants to work with me and keep me in the game?”

9:41 PM BBT – Nightly podcast starts (aka all game talk or anything else interesting halts).

11:15 PM BBT – The podcast ends as Austin wins the Silver Power of Love, which includes a kiss from Jackie.

12:05 AM BBT – Huge feast for the Have-Nots as everyone sits down for a family style meal.

12:30 AM BBT – Day tells Audrey she might have the votes including Jason, Liz, and James.

1:20 AM BBT – Day working on Austin’s vote. Austin tells her he’s already promised that vote to Meg unless things have changed and everyone is voting for Day to stay.

1:30 AM BBT – Jeff, Meg, and Austin catch up to compare notes on Day’s votes. They promise Meg she’ll still have their votes.

1:45 AM BBT – Clay and Steve talk over upcoming HoH comp. Steve affirms his vote to keep Meg.

2:00 AM BBT – Vanessa warns Liz they’re about to get framed for this vote flip to keep Day. Vanessa wants to expose Day and Audrey’s scheming together.

2:08 AM BBT – Julia admits she’s not Liz. She tells Vanessa the truth. Julia says they’ll both enter the game in Week 5. (Hmm. Not Week 6 after the 5th eviction? DE coming up?) Vanessa says there’s a birthmark on her back that HGs are catching on to. Julia promises she’s only loyal to her and Austin.

2:40 AM BBT – Vanessa advises Julia to lie, lie, lie if anyone confronts her on playing as a twin.

2:55 AM BBT – Julia says she did an info swap with Liz, but they didn’t switch out. So Big Brother is letting them talk more frequently than suggested.

3:10 AM BBT – Vanessa is up in HoH room telling Clay & Shelli that Julia has confirmed what they all suspected. They’re excited about working together. Plan is to try and keep her safe so both can enter the game and boost the alliance’s numbers.

3:15 AM BBT – Vanessa also confirms that Day and Audrey are trying to flip the vote to keep Day over Meg. Says she told Day she’ll be voting to keep her, but she won’t.

4:15 AM BBT – After Vanessa leaves (it was a long talk), Shelli & Clay agree that Audrey has the Last Laugh (she doesn’t) and she’s America’s Player (she isn’t). Shelli is afraid to be the one to vote out America’s Player.

So Da’Vonne is getting closer to saving herself, but will it actually happen? It’s possible, but I don’t think it’s something we can actually count on. Audrey might have waited a little too long to come to Da’Vonne with this deal. But we’ll see.

Now with it unlikely that Day can get the votes the bigger story is about to become Liz and Julia confirming their existence. We’ll see how long everyone tries to pretend everyone doesn’t already know what’s going on.

  1. Great conversation between Vanessa and Julia! I’m really happy about the forming of an alliance between Austin, Shelli, Clay, Vanessa, and the twins. The only thing that’d make it better is if Steve wins HOH like he mentioned during his talk to feeds yesterday and gets included in that alliance. He mentioned all them and was indifferent to the twins so that’d be my ideal alliance moving forward. Gotta love the feeds this year!

    • I really don’t want this alliance to have power but aw well, whatever happens happens. Steve shouldn’t join with them anyway because there’s already way too many people in the alliance and he would be expendable.

      • Don’t worry, with Chelli at its head, you know this alliance will screw things up.

  2. Exactly what I thought would happen. They want to keep Juliz because they will get 2 allies for the price of one. The other side will want her out for that same reason. Good twist.

      • Pretty sure that Day thinks she HAS JohnnyMac’s vote plus she knows Meg, James, & Jeff are close. Therefore, I think she cancels Jeff, James, & Clay’s votes. That doesn’t get her to where she needs to be, though. Based on the conversations I’ve seen & read about, Day *might* come out the door with 2 votes – Jason & Audrey.

  3. BB production really works the diary room and BB twists. No one can believe that production didn’t alert Day to be ready for the 7th call so she could win last laugh and nullify 3 votes against her for eviction. And Audrey was counseled in DR to work with Day to save her. Why can’t production just stay out of the way and let things happen. BB has become a scripted soap opera where the contestants come in thinking they are trying to win a prize but production orchestrates who goes and who stays and orchestrates all the drama along the way. In order to keep viewers coming back they orchestrate villains-apparent evictions and then flip after flip –this week with the last laugh element handed to Day was enough
    to make a viewer gag!!!!

    • I have been watching Unreal. It’s a good show, about a “reality” show, that exposes the truth about these kinds of shows. Sure it’s off the wall and sorta way out there, but it is still believable in how they show the producers producing and manipulating the “reality” shows cast. They create villains and victims and do it all to create viewers and drama. As for the cast thinking they have a chance I think the true fans understand that production does interfere, at least they should by now.

    • I agree that production interferes often, but didn’t the houseguests randomly choose numbers for the phone calls?

    • I do think BB has production manipulation but if you don’t really know how te set up the 7th caller thing then it’s a little premature to say this was rigged. It doesn’t even matter since she doesn’t have votes to stay. How do you also know that Audrey was actually trying to save Day? Audrey is super fake. Audrey goes back and tells Meg and Jeff that she just had a convo with “the monster,” to try and patch things up for the next 24 hrs before Day leaves the house.

  4. The only saving grace for me liking Austin was that he was going to be loyal to his GF back home. And now he’s flirting with the ladies and actually making out with them.

Turns out his character matches his look…dirty.

  5. I like that Vanessa is really starting to get more involved. I like her..she talks way too fast, and too much at times..but, I like her!!

  6. That whole Audrey/Day thing last night was ridiculous. So fake. Then, Audrey goes back and tells Meg and Jeff that she just had a convo with “the monster,” to try and patch things up for the next 24 hrs before Day leaves the house. I do think production may have had a hand in that.

  7. I don’t think that the twins should be able to reveal anything to anyone! The whole point was that they go undetected. It gives certain player’s an unfair advantage in the game. I am not a big fan of Davonne but fair is fair. I really think that the twins should be disqualified for revealing their identity to Vanessa.

    • But there was never a rule that they couldn’t tell people, only that they had to last 5 evictions. Plus other people figured it out. On what grounds could they possibly be DQ’d?

  8. I’m still rooting for Da’V ~ Meg is sweet and bubbly but hasn’t contributed much of anything to game play.

  9. So does anyone know for a fact if Thursday night is really live or not? My boss just came back from LasVegas Monday and says that Vanessa Rousso is out there now playing in the World Series Poker tournament????? He says it is all taped???

    • The house guests are in the house right now. Live evictions happen live on East Coast time. The other 2 episodes each week show footage that was recorded throughout the week. If you subscribe to the live feeds, you can see the players in the house at this moment, that’s what this article is recapping. Your boss is dead wrong.
