Yes, it’s nearly the end of the Big Brother 17 Feed days and the Houseguests are ready to be done, but they’re doing a good job of trying to keep something going here as they count down the hours.
After a slow start to the day the final three were up and managed to mix in a little bit of gametalk as Steve continued to push Vanessa on an idea she’s trying to avoid.
Big Brother 17 Live Feed Highlights – Sunday, September 20, 2015:
10:20 AM BBT – Houseguests have their wake-up call and start the day.
10:30 AM BBT – HGs having breakfast. Vanessa is trying to convince Steve that she’s still injured from the endurance comp and will be weakened for round three on Wednesday.
12:00 PM BBT – Steve and Liz are back in bed, but Vanessa is meandering around the house and backyard.
1:30 PM BBT – Liz and Steve are up and out of bed.
2:45 PM BBT – Steve and Liz having a friendly chat while Vanessa heads back to bed like they’re trading off a watch on the house. Liz is recommending some Disney movies for Steve, but he’s not much of hanging around doing nothing that long. (Try 100 days in a house.)
3:00 PM BBT – Vanessa is back and teaching them poker.
4:00 PM BBT – Cards continue. Liz and Steve are having a good time. Too bad they don’t know they should be trying for as much coaching as possible from Vanessa while they can get it!
4:40 PM BBT – The ladies are pretty sure Steve is cheap as they quiz him on things he’d buy. They conclude he is indeed cheap.
6:00 PM BBT – Steve returns to the topic of telling Liz, but Vanessa is again dissuading him from the idea.
6:32 PM BBT – Steve is worried about what the outside world thinks of everything.
6:52 PM BBT – Liz is making food and Steve and Vanessa are playing cards. Steve says he doesn’t watch the live feeds at Final 3 because nothing happens (word, Steve).
7:22 PM BBT – Vanessa beats Steve at a game of Gin Rummy.
8:08 PM BBT – HGs eating the dinner Liz made.
8:35 PM BBT – Steve is laying down while Vanessa and Liz play cards.
9:25 PM BBT – Steve has returned to the kitchen to watch Liz and Vanessa’s gin tournament.
9:36 PM BBT – Steve heads to bed after seemingly annoying Vanessa.
9:40 PM BBT – Vanessa is hungry.
9:50 PM BBT – Liz tells Vanessa she saw Steve pacing outside last night. We know he was working on his evict-Vanessa speech.
10:11 PM BBT – Vanessa tells Steve she can see his worry all over his face. He says he’s worrying about public opinion.
10:15 PM BBT – Liz comes out of the diary room and lets the others know they got fondue voted on by the Live Feeds watchers.
10:25 PM BBT – Liz, Vanessa and Steve eating the fondue.
10:50 PM BBT – Houseguests enjoying the last of their fondue while Liz worries Austin may have moved on to Jackie at the Jury house.
11:20 PM BBT – Vanessa is laying down, Liz is cleaning up, and Steve heads out to play in the pool.
11:25 PM BBT – Steve is rehearsing his speech for if he gets to cut Vanessa from F2. Not much has changed since the night before.
1:00 AM BBT – Steve is still outside practicing his finale night speeches for both cutting Vanessa and F2 talk to the Jury.
1:30 AM BBT – Steve studies the events from the entire season. He’s going over possible tie-breaker questions.
2:30 AM BBT – Steve mentions he thinks Vanessa still believes he’ll take her to F2, but he won’t.
3:00 AM BBT – All Houseguests are down, but Steve doesn’t stay there for long.
Few more days to go before Steve and Vanessa face off. This is going to be a very high stakes series of silly questions. The entire season will come down to basically a guessing game. Kinda crazy.

My oldest nephew is a HUGE Raiders fan. He is only 4 yrs younger than me so we were raised more like siblings than aunt/nephew. Anyway, I got my company’s TN Titans tickets occasionally and my nephew flew in from STL when we hosted the Raiders. That was cool. He’s a good guy so I don’t mind the trash talk (which is minimal from him anyway).
I tell them all the time to come to Nashville – It’s a great place to live and visit, I think. So much to do besides sports. But yeah, he’s only come here when the Raiders were in town. Nice.

In disqus..up under your login name, where you would add a new comment, make sure you are “set to newest” so the newest comments appear at the top of the comment section. Sometimes, it will set itself to default, which is “oldest” first. Hope this helps Cap’n..
That just change the sequence of the posts. 1st post at the top or at the bottom. Doesn’t affect the message for new post.

YES! I’ve switched browsers…re-set the Disqus…fixed my flash player and when I type, it takes 4 or 5 seconds before it shows on the screen. I get messages that tell me a plug-in has failed or something has crashed. There are a LOT of pop-up ads too, which seems to be making it slower. I’ve had this problem all season long. ???!!!
I’ve had the issue with type not coming up right away at times but I figured I was just typing too fast for my phone.

No, it doesn’t happen on other sites. And I actually did do a virus scan, because I figured it had to be my computer. Didn’t help. I didn’t have a problem last year. I’m stumped.

A while back (late July I think) I was having problems with this site for most of a week. The video ads on the sides would start to play and if you tried to scroll down it would yank you back up the page to the ad, even after it had ended. I’m still not sure what was up then. I wish I could help more but I’m out of ideas. Sorry :(
Try installing AdBlock Plus (it’s free). That resolved a lot of issues I was having in the beginning on disqus and bbnetwork!
I’ve yet to have all the problems many of you have experienced. I’ve had another browser crash, but after uninstalling that completely and installing Google Chrome, I’ve yet to experience any more crashes!
See, that’s what I did, Joni. I switched to Foxfire—and it helped for a while. Then the problem got worse, so I uninstalled it and went back to Google Chrome. It was OK for a little while, but then the same problems…so I switched AGAIN and had to uninstall that too. I really am at a loss. But at least (eventually) I am able to make and get replies to my comments. Oh well…just a few more days, anyway. ):
Could have to do with a glitch in your operating system. I installed Classic Shell so I can make Windows 8.1 run like Windows 7 or XP. Not sure that has anything to do with processing Flash-operated blogs…but more to do with navigation. If I knew exactly the problems you’re having consistently, I might be able to help to some degree. I’ve been modifying and customizing operating systems since 1995…Most operating systems and browsers have gotten much more user friendly as the years passed and a whole lot more advanced technically than my basic experience can keep up with anymore! :-)
Stuff has gotten more user friendly to the point that some functions are hidden because the average user wouldn’t know what to do with them and probably shouldn’t mess with them anyway.
Growing up, my parents were contracted by Motorola to fix pagers so they worked in our basement. We’re a techie family but I’m not great with troubleshooting.
Classic shell has nothing to do all these problem. It just reactivate a few line of code that was put to sleep by MS. Classic shell is very solid and problem-free.

Why in the heck does Steve keep pushing this “let’s tell Liz” issue? Does he want to piss Vanessa off that much more on finale night when and if he does evict her? I hate that the end of this game comes down to guessing on questions about HG’s..I think all three rounds should be endurance/mental/skill.

Know what, I think he’s keeping the counter suspicion alive. If he just stops asking, height be thinking the V, will get suspicious. He is pressing to tell Liz to make Vanessa uncomfortable. He knows that if she was sincere in taking him to F2 – it wouldn’t be an issue telling Liz. It’s a button to push (over and over again) to see her reaction and reassure himself that he planned strategy is correct.
Well, if he isn’t careful, he will lose her vote..which if Vanessa does go out to jury..I think she will give her vote to Liz. Steve better be careful with these jury votes..Liz has Austin, Julia, maybe Vanessa, I think she would get Shelli and Meg and James..that’s enough to win the game. Steve and his baby ways and “I’m sneaky,” and “I want my mommy, have become so annoying to me. Especially on the feeds the last few days.

I think Steve really isn’t sure what Vanessa is going to do and he is trying to see if she would commit to keeping him by telling Liz she is not going to final two with either Steve or Vanessa. Perhaps he is building his case to let Vanessa go if he wins. He can tell her she made him suspicious by not doing what Cody and Derrick did last year.

I believe Lynn is referring to the (probably) final part of the HOH competition. Steve and Vanessa would both stand on one platform that is part of a giant scale. Each time one gets a correct answer and the other does not, the scale tips in favor of who is ahead. I’m blanking a little on exactly how it works or what the questions are about, but I think that’s the general idea, and I’m pretty sure it’s what they used for part 3 HOH in the last few years, but I’m not entirely sure.

Yes, they have done it inside the house for years..but just recently moved it outside within the last couple of years.

I don’t get why Vanessa would try to convince Steve that her injury will affect her in the final round, it’s not a physical comp, it’s always the same comp where you have to guess how the jury members finished phrases or answered questions. Am I missing something?
Maybe she wants pity or wants him to think she’ll be on painkillers/meds and groggy so he won’t have to study or try hard.
I’m sure it’s total game by her and by him, as well (pressing for them to give Liz the Victoria talk). But I don’t have live feeds; just here mostly & some BBAD.

I just started subscribing to the live feeds three months ago. I’ve met some great people in the chat rooms there and we all ended up forming our own private chatroom to avoid some of the trolls and overly obsessive hg fans…and will use that room next season!

I was really disturbed that production allowed V to take her muscle relaxer with alcohol! As much as I hate her game play, I don’t want anything bad to happen to her. Production should have stepped in…drugs and alcohol—DANGEROUS combo. I don’t care if she’s always done that— your body (and tolerance) can change. Even one pill with one drink…man-oh-man. What was production–and V—thinking?! Everyone who thinks the show is scripted—you must be crazy to think that the drugs and alcohol was written into that ‘scene’.
I found that odd, too, when I read she washed down her meds with booze. Maybe she did it before they could stop her but it sounded like that’s a regular thing for her? Woof. Like you, that is a little disturbing.
Oh boyo can it ever. I got some insight early on when hubby decided to drink while on a new medication that said “drinking while on this medication may enhance the effects of alcohol!” I didn’t read this on the bottle until after the aftermath at the time he did just that. It was not a very pleasant ordeal to say the least. I just told him that if he ever becomes too old and feeble for me to handle that I’m hiring a nurse named Bubba to care for him as I just cannot lift him when he’s in that kind of condition! LOLOL

Jason was the only smoker this year. But you bring up an interesting point about the medical weed. In MI, it’s legal to HAVE the pot—but it’s illegal in my apartment building to use it. ??!! Guess BB will have to move to Colorado and see what happens. BTW, I don’t use.

I felt the same way. I know they would have given her a safe dose, but muscle relaxants are serious. If you take too many at a time, your lungs stop working and you can’t breathe on your own. It’s scary stuff if misused.
Both are respiratory depressants…which is why I was concerned. Imagine that—ME being concerned about V!
