Big Brother 16 Schedule: Final Week Shifts To New Nights

Only five episodes remain in the Big Brother 16 summer and CBS is going to be doing a serious shuffle to squeeze them all before the September 24th season finale.

On Wednesday’s show host Julie Chen reminded viewers of the change in upcoming episodes and just what we could expect in each of the remaining nights. With several different days and times it’s worth noting the changes so you don’t miss any critical events. Of course if you do miss anything then you know you can always come here to get caught up!

The next episode will be on Sunday at 8PM ET/PT per the usual routine, but after that things shift. On Tuesday night at 8PM ET/PT there will be a “special eviction episode” but with no mention of it being live that means the Feeds will be off for some time. Big Brother will record the eviction and keep the Feeds off until the Tuesday episode airs.

From there we’ve got a new live eviction show on Wednesday at 8PM ET/PT. The F4 will face another elimination and leave us with the season’s F3 by the end of the night. Hopefully that also means we’ll see the F3 HoH battle royale kick off.

There will be one more episode next week on Friday, Sept. 19th though Julie does not mention why it’s a “special episode you don’t want to miss.” I’d guess it’s the memory lane episode with the F3 sitting around discussing the season, but I’m not certain that’s all we’ll get that night.

Big Brother 16 Schedule – Remaining Episodes:

  • Sun, Sept 14, * 8-9PM ET/PT – Nominations & Jurors’ visit episode
  • Tue, Sept 16, 8-9PM ET/PT – Special Eviction & Power of Veto episode – F4 revealed
  • Wed, Sept 17, 8-9PM ET/PT – Live Eviction show – F3 revealed
  • Fri, Sept 19, 8-9PM ET/PT – Special episode
  • Wed, Sept 24, 9:30PM ET/PT – Season finale – 90 minutes

* Possible NFL delays. CBS indicating 8:30PM ET as likely start time.

Two evictions ahead of us next week in back to back nights which should make for some really exciting episodes as we’ll watch the guys alliance finally be forced to turn on one another. Who will make it through to the end? We’ll know soon!

  1. Not looking forward to the jury going to the house. Hopefully it’s just for a competition and they don’t get to talk to the remaining HG’s. This could really unfairly screw Derrick’s game if it becomes apparent that the jury is rooting for him.

    • That’s what my DVR is for. Hope my FF still works. It stays hot when BB is playing. This whole visit doesn’t sound entertaining to me. Maybe something “unexpected” will happen.

      • It’s just obvious people would rahter see the people in the jury house than the people in the house.

It’s just a way to get them more air time to keep viewers.

      • I agree, most of the viewers are pretty much over what the remaining HG’s have to offer, and most would have preferred Donny, Hayden and Nicole in the House at this point in the game

    • Too many distractions for the HG’s this week, takes their minds of the prize and sways the game toward Frankie and Derrick, as they are the only ones that are able to focus on the prize.

  2. What the heck? 10:32AM(JOKERS) On the big screen in BB house…It’s time for a luxury comp…. so Frankie isn’t in the HOH and productions going to make up for it….Sorry, that was my 1st thought…I love luxury comps. Don’t see how that could be included during rewind week, but, hey, I’ve learned to live with production not caring how I think.

    • Maybe the jury is coming for that. Who knows.
I know they show things out of order on the show all the time, but usually nominations are last thing on Sunday. If the jury is coming seems like it would be before noms.

      • Sounds so exciting, huh? I’m just blah about the rest of this season, waiting for the torture to end.

      • Good foresight, Jessalli. The jury being there surely had something to do with the luxury comp. Jokers had a few comments then we got fished. Don’t know if live feeders are able to view it or not.

      • I just got that from Ronnie’s wishful thinking. I to do not want to see them mess up anyone’s game. Plus, why else would they bring them in? BB has always been reserved on what the jury sees VS survivor bringing them back for tribal councils. (except when Rachel came back – but that was to torture them)

So are the feeds down now?

      • Don’t know what you know, but the jury members went around messing up the house, throwing stuff around, while the HGs were in the back HOH room. They were watching the jury on the HOH tv screen.

      • lets me and you [or you and I] send all our ESP that way and make it happen, who else got any ESPstuff??

      • i think yes UNLESS he wins POV!! if not they are all dumb as a box of rocks, both cody and caleb have regretted not voting him out during their last HOH’s!

  3. eviction will be on tuesday but it’s going to be taped so that means we won’t see FRANKIE get boo’d

  4. I hope Derrick wins. Does the runner up get something? It sounded like they were talking about that one day. Can’t wait to see Donnie on the Bold and the Beautiful! :D
