The spoilers continue to roll in for Big Brother 27 as the new season begins and the game is underway for our 17 Houseguests. Overnight we learned who had won the Power of Veto and from there it was obvious whether or not it would be used at the first Veto meeting of the season. So who are our semi-final Noms of Week 1? Read on for the results!
Vince sent Ashley to the Block after she finished up her latest two-hour-shower but it wasn’t meant to be as it turns out. Ashley secured her safety with the Veto medallion and of course was going to use it. That forced Vince to make a decision: get out a competitor or one his closest allies. Choices, choices.
Power of Veto Ceremony Spoilers – Week 1
- Ashley used the Veto on herself
- Vince named Kelley as the renom
- Amy, Kelley, and Zae are this week’s Noms
Vince is a knucklehead. He was worried about creating conflict in future weeks with his fourth nomination of the week so instead he went with his close ally Kelley who offered to be a pawn. She was feeling very confident that she’d be safe even with Keanu warning her that she’d definitely lose to Amy if Zae wins his way off the Block on Thursday night. Kelley even went around asking and several HGs were pretty clear how they’d keep Amy over Kelley if it’s down to the two of them. And yet, she still gave Vince permission to proceed.
Not long before the Ceremony we watched on the Feeds as Jimmy seemed to have Vince nearly convinced to put up Keanu instead of Kelley, but then Rachel got her chance to talk with Vince and shut it all down. She told Vince that if they keep Keanu then everyone would go after Keanu next week while they laid low. Meanwhile, Vince could likely lose one of his closest allies. Nice work, Rachel, not so much for Vince though!
If Kelley is still up there on Thursday night then she could be in some real danger here, but I guess someone has to be the first to go! Who do you think it will be?
