Big Brother isn’t BB without the Live Feeds but here we are. The Houseguests moved in on Tuesday, the first show aired on Thursday, and now we’re well into the weekend and we still haven’t see any Feeds yet. Sigh.
CBS announced before the premiere their decision to hold back the Feeds until after Sunday’s episode completed on the west coast which isn’t too much of a surprise given their history of waiting until the second part of the premiere airs, but the issue is that this year there is a three day gap instead of one day between the first and second episodes of the season. So why are they holding back?
We saw in the first show that a cliffhanger left us wondering who would be the Accomplice for the Mastermind and whether or not that HG would survive the witch hunt. It seems that CBS and Big Brother 27 production do not want that secret result revealed before Sunday’s show. Blerg.
That means we are missing a LOT! These first few days are critical for relationships that build (and fail) and the strategies that could direct the rest of our summer. Once the HOH was crowned, Vince had to start making his picks for the BB Blockbuster. Who helped him decide? Who did he betray? And it’s quite likely the Veto comp played out already too, but sometimes that one is a day later in the first week as HGs (and production) adjusts to the routine. Even then it’ll be on Sunday while Feeds are still down.
It’s definitely disappointing, but know that the Big Brother 27 Live Feeds should launch around 9:30PM PT (that’s a sleepytime-induced 12:30AM ET) and we’ll be there to watch and report it all to you! We’ll be looking for the Noms spoilers and likely the Veto spoilers too. Then on Monday we should get the first Veto meeting spoilers.
