As of last night the Big Brother 27 is officially underway, just without us. Sigh. Yes, the sixteen all-new Houseguests have entered the “Hotel MysterE” and the game is on. Just how that plays out with the 17th “Mystery” HG, we don’t know but hopefully we’ll learn more soon!
With the HGs moved in and the game underway production will be busily filming and preparing the season premiere episode for Thursday night (8/7c on CBS) where we’ll get 90-minutes of introductions from back home with key reveals and then watch as the HGs are bunched up and sent through that front door. Will anyone finally enter that door “butt first”?? Probably not. Sigh.
Once inside the HGs will have scrambled to find their bed and even start to scope out their competition and possible allies from among the other players. This is critical time at the front of the season and we’re missing it! Oh it gets worse because we won’t see anything from the Feeds until late Sunday night. That’s right, we will be joining the game on its sixth day in the house when the HOH comp and Noms should be completed. They will have most likely already encountered the 17th HG and maybe even the Veto comp. So much will be done and gone with the dust fully settled by the time we show up. Nuts!
We will eventually get to see what we missed in the edited shows, but the gaps will be huge and the spin will be there on how they want us to see those first few days. Let’s see what happens when we join and all the best to those Big Brother Houseguests as they compete their way through the first week of BB27 without us!
