Big Brother 26 Spoilers: Veto Competition Results – Week 9

Power of Veto medallion on Big Brother - CBS

Houseguests may be trapped in the Big Brother backyard, but that isn’t going to stop our usual routine. It’s Veto Day again in the BB26 house and we’ve got your spoilers with all the results.

Leah made her first HOH victory come true this week and sent Kimo and Rubina to the Block overnight. With only eight HGs left the options for players were slim for both Noms and players pick which means there would be just two HGs left on the sidelines for this round’s PoV comp.

Everyone but Cam and Makensy played in the competition this week. So who pulled off the win?…

Update: Suspicions were correct. There really were TWO Vetoes up for grabs.

Big Brother 26 Spoilers: Week 9 Veto Competition Results:

  • Angela won the Golden Power of Veto!
  • Leah won the Jankie Power of Veto!

Okay, so Angela has the “real” Veto and Leah has the twisty one from Jankie. No idea yet how they work together and with everyone stuck outside we’re not getting many strategy discussions. We’ll have to watch for more details on these two POVs and how they’ll interact.

So the HOH has one of the Vetoes. Hmm. If Leah has a backdoor plan then here is her opportunity, but I’m not sure that’s the goal right now.

At the moment we’ve got Kimo and Rubina on the Block. Leah could opt to not get “more blood on her hands” and leave things just as they are with Kimo probably going. Or she could mix it up and go after someone if she’s confident she’s got the votes to make that happen.

This will either break or keep the streak alive for Veto use this season. Eight straight weeks of the Veto being played so far and we’ll find out on Monday if we’ll see it happen for a ninth round. What do you think Leah will do with the Jankie Power of Veto?

And congrats to Leah on winning her third comp of the season. Two vetoes and an HOH in between. Not too shabby! This also puts Angela at her third comp win with two HOHs and her first Veto. The irony here that Angela finally wins a Veto when she doesn’t need it.
