Big Brother‘s golden rule is never to get too confident about your position in the house. You should also campaign at every opportunity. Rubina made two very huge blunders this week by not campaigning enough and not constantly checking in about the vote. These errors may cost her the Big Brother 26 game. Chelsie and Makensy decided early in the week to evict Kimo, but that now may be up in the air.
Makensy didn’t use the Veto to save Rubina because Chelsie told her it wasn’t necessary and would keep Rubina over Kimo. Earlier today, Makensy also reassured Rubina that she wouldn’t be leaving this week. She said worst case scenario a tie happened and Makensy would vote to save her.
All week, Chelsie listed her reasons why they should keep Rubina over Kimo. They included Rubina not being good at competitions, especially the mental competitions coming up. Rubina also made a final three deal with the women. Rubina staying benefitted Makensy and Chelsie more than Cam. Previously, Cam mentioned that he thought keeping Rubina wasn’t great for his game. He knew she wanted women at the end.
Earlier in the week, Cam also briefly had a talk with Kimo where he said he wanted him to stay. He just needed to talk to Chelsie. Cam put that plan into motion on Wednesday. Chelsie and Cam discussed their options. Chelsie also told Cam about the final three between Rubina, Makensy, and her. Cam told Chelsie that he wanted to save Kimo.
He mentioned Kimo being just as beatable as Rubina in the competitions, maybe even more so if it was a physical competition. Cam also mentioned that Rubina was doing too much and become too confident. Cam also noted how close Makensy and Rubina had gotten over this week.
Cam didn’t want Rubina around to possibly keep Makensy over Chelsie or him. Cam’s argument apparently swayed Chelsie because she agreed to get out Rubina. Cam then had a conversation with Rubina.
He told Chelsie that that conversation could change his mind. However, Rubina didn’t say much in it, so it likely didn’t save her game. Chelsie and Cam agreed that they wanted to keep Kimo but needed to convince Makensy to keep him too. They didn’t want to blindside Makensy with Rubina’s eviction.
Chelsie mentioned using the same tactic she used to get out Leah and save Angela. She would have Makensy argue for keeping Rubina. Chelsie suspected her case wouldn’t be good enough to stop them from voting out Rubina. This move leaves Makensy very vulnerable at the final four because Kimo and Cam would likely vote her out over each other. Kimo might vote out Chelsie before Makensy but the odds are in Chelsie’s favor to win the upcoming Head of Household or Veto.
The houseguests then continued their leisure time of talking and hanging out. Therefore, this plan to flip Makensy to allow them to vote out Rubina probably won’t happen until the very late hours. However, as of now, it seems fairly set for Rubina’s eviction at the final five.
