It is Week 8 of Big Brother 26 and there is a new Head of Household calling the shots. There is a great opportunity to make a move this week on BB26, but it seems like this HOH might play it a little safer. Find out which Big Brother houseguests will likely hit the block and who might be in danger if there is a renom situation again this week below!
After Joseph’s blindside eviction on Thursday night, the HGs went on to play in this week’s HOH Competition which quizzed them on the videos they saw throughout the night on Wednesday. When the feeds returned, we quickly found out that Chelsie had won this week’s HOH Comp, but like her first HOH win, this one was also on accident. I think it is safe to say that Chelsie isn’t good at throwing competitions since she wound up in a four-way tiebreaker situation with Cam, MJ, and Kimo when she could have easily guessed wrong during the Q&A.
Chelsie started her one-on-one discussions with Cam. This discussion probably didn’t go the way either of them intended with Chelsie grilling him on whether or not he would protect her over Leah. This stemmed from Chelsie mentioning Leah’s name as a possible renom and Cam telling her that Leah would likely have the votes to stay if she did that. Which he denied, but then contradicted himself almost immediately. He admitted that Leah was a detriment to Chelsie’s game, but in the same breath told her that he would vote to keep Leah over anyone if she was on the block on Thursday.
Regardless of the outcome of this conversation, Chelsie had told Cam that he was safe this week and welcome to F8. She also promised the same thing to Rubina, T’Kor, and MJ this week. Meanwhile, she told Quinn and Leah that she would really like to see them both in F5 with her. Even though she said she would like to see them there, she didn’t promise either of them that they wouldn’t see the block this week. Every time she said that Quinn wouldn’t see the block in their conversation, she added the word “potentially” indicating that he might go up, but that she didn’t think he would go if he did.
Based on what she told most of the HGs this week, she is planning on putting Angela and Kimo on the block this week. She plans on reassuring Kimo that he won’t go this week and that Angela is her target since most of the house has been pushing for her to go. If the Veto is won and used, there are a couple of renom options that Chelsie is considering. If Kimo wins the Veto, she is considering putting Leah on the block next to Angela. However, if Angela wins the Veto, she plans to put Quinn up next to Kimo.
We have seen early plans shift drastically between the Nomination Ceremony and the Veto Ceremony this season. This could be the case this week as well, but we will have to wait and see how things work out. Rubina, T’Kor, and Kimo all have information they could share with Chelsie that could potentially change the way this week plays out. It’s just a matter of whether they will share that information.
Do you think that Kimo and Angela are the initial noms that are best for Chelsie’s game this week? Or should she be targeting bigger fish?
