The Comic-verse was unleashed on the Big Brother 25 house, making this week’s Head of Household invisible. Sounds like a perfect time to make a big move! Surely the winner will make a big move, everyone in the BB25 house thinks. Definitely, all Big Brother fans also think. No way the winner will waste a super power. Right?
Sunday night’s episode picks up after the houseguests learned about the Comic-verse being activated.
But what does that mean? How will this week’s universe affect the game? They get the message that explains the first half of it. There will be superpowers this week. I’m not going to transcribe the cheesy lines Jag reads from the message sent by BB. But what the houseguests learn is that the Head of Household this week will be invisible. No one will know the identity of the HOH unless they divulge their secret. And they’ll be able to play in the next HOH competition. As Cirie says, there are zero cons to being HOH this week.
And for the first time ever, the BB Comics competition is the HOH competition. So these season’s winner will be the invisible HOH. The game works like it always does. The players have to zipline to see which comics are real and which are bootlegs. The person with the best time wins the competition. Each player will be told their time and then the winning time will be announced to all of the houseguests. So only the winner will know they’re the new HOH.
Felicia is up first and she is told her time was 18:45. Matt is up next and finishes with a time of … Well, they don’t tell us his time for some reason. Blue is next and her time is … um nope not gonna tells us hers either. Maybe they’ll tell us Cory’s time. No dice. So we only know what Felicia’s time is, which I guess means was the worst time.
So after a 40-minute rundown of the competition, we finally get to find out the winning time. The houseguests are called into the living room and the winning time is revealed on the screen. The winning time was 8:30. But who has the time?
No one is owning up to it. But everyone thinks it’s Blue because she’s really the only one reacting. She’s really upset because her time was so bad. But then they finally reveal that Jag is the invisible HOH. Jag tells Matt with a wink, then lets us know in the diary room that he won the competition.
And Jag lets us know that he’s not actually going to make a big move this week. He’s too afraid to make a move against America and Cory because then he and Matt will be the only duo in the house. So Jag finally tells America and Cory that he is the secret HOH. But it took him 12 hours to do so. And Cory isn’t thrilled it took him that long.
So that means Jag’s options for nominations are Blue and Felicia or Blue and Cirie.
But let’s get to the nomination ceremony and find out. The BB voice does all the talking during the ceremony and then Felicia and Blue’s faces appear on the memory wall.
And like Felicia says that was “a wasted super power.”
So Jag’s target at this point is really Blue. He could have done anything, but chose Blue and Felicia. But will the other twist this week shake things up? If you don’t want to wait until Tuesday to find out what happens with the Power of Veto, be sure to check out our spoilers.
