Veto day came and went on Big Brother 21 with a visit from OTEV in a fierce competition that left a few HGs injured and plans dismantled but that’s the way a power shift works on Big Brother!

Big Brother 21 Live Feed Highlights – Saturday, August 10, 2019:
8:30 AM BBT – HGs have been receiving wake up calls but most are still napping.
9:35 AM BBT – Feeds are back from a brief break for players pick. Jackson and Nick will join the players.
9:45 AM BBT – Jackson promises Cliff he’ll play hard to help him. Cliff expects Nick to save Christie. Jackson says he (J) has to win to keep Holly from being a renom.
9:50 AM BBT – Jackson expects a win by Tommy, Christie, or Nick would result in Christie coming down. Holly is confused because Kat told her that Nick wouldn’t save Christie and would vote her out. Jackson notes they can’t pass up this opportunity to get out Christie.
10:00 AM BBT – Jackson understands that he was voted into the Field Trip comp because viewers don’t like him. He isn’t worried about that.
10:20 AM BBT – Jackson tells Sis they need to get Christie out. She points out they’ll lose their numbers advantage if they do that.
10:30 AM BBT – Christie worries Nick might not use the Veto on her but Tommy is confident Nick would save her.
11:20 AM BBT – Nick talks with Nicole about the choice he’ll have to make if he wins the Veto. He’s also upset about Jess questioning his loyalty last week.
12:15 PM BBT – Cliff and Nicole sit at the dining table and study the Memory Wall in anticipation of the comp. Cliff hopes Jackson would save him but knows he has to do this himself. Cliff notes that Jackson says he wants Christie out but Christie claims she’s made up with Jackson.
1:20 PM BBT – HGs discussing past seasons of Big Brother with the Celebrity and OTT versions. Most of them didn’t watch either.
3:00 PM BBT – HGs quietly waiting for the Veto comp.
3:20 PM BBT – Christie claims to Nicole that she (C) convinced Holly not to nominate her (N). She says it was both her and Tommy that did that.
3:30 PM BBT – Christie promises Nicole that she (N) nor Jess or Kat were ever targets of hers.
3:35 PM BBT – Pet loops arrive for the Veto comp.
6:00 PM BBT – Feeds are back. Tommy is wearing the medallion.
6:05 PM BBT – Kat has been crying because she tussled with Cliff in the OTEV comp to get up the ramp ahead of him. She’s upset that she hurt him in the process. Cliff has promised Kat she didn’t hurt him and it was a competition.
6:25 PM BBT – Jackson tells Holly he’s upset by the idea of having to work with Christie again.
6:30 PM BBT – Jackson hurt his ankle during the comp.
6:35 PM BBT – Sis is hoping for a Battleback for Jack. Nick worries it’d be Kat coming back. Nick is thrilled they got this win so they could save Christie.
6:40 PM BBT – Nick plans for Jess to go in the DE.
8:05 PM BBT – Nick talks Kat about targets and alliances. Kat wants to know Tommy’s target but Nick doesn’t answer. Nick says he was playing to save the 3rd nominee.
8:10 PM BBT – Jackson explaining to Sis how they HGs for the Field Trip were voted that way because they were not well-liked. Sis doesn’t want to believe that.
8:30 PM BBT – Tommy and Nick agree that it’d be scary for the count to be 3-6 with the guys greatly outnumbered should Cliff go this week.
10:00 PM BBT – Cliff wonders to Kat if they can get a renom for one of them so they can both stay.
10:35 PM BBT – Sis received more of her punishment. She has to regularly go outside and lay an egg.
11:00 PM BBT – Christie and Sis discuss who to keep. Christie says Kat would go after Jackson for them but Sis disagrees.
11:25 PM BBT – Christie is sure Jackson is coming for her. Tommy really feels they can get the group back together with him.
12:00 AM BBT – Holly discusses with Jackson the idea of getting back with the Shooters. Jackson would sooner work alone than with Christie.
12:30 AM BBT – Nick points out to Kat that she’s been on the Block twice and hasn’t had a vote against her yet.
12:35 AM BBT – Kat and Nick go over the OTEV comp and how it looks so much bigger on the show than in person.
12:45 AM BBT – Nicole suggests to Cliff they could try to get Holly renom’d but Cliff doesn’t think that’ll happen but he’ll try.
1:20 AM BBT – Jackson and Nicole are both still up and in the kitchen. Nicole is making a drink while Jackson prepares to consume another watermelon.
1:55 AM BBT – Nicole is alone in the Lounge and camtalking. She promises she’s smarter than this but just hasn’t had many chances to compete.
3:00 AM BBT – HGs are all off to bed.
Christie is definitely going to be saved by Tommy and he will not be doing any renoms as a result so Cliff and Kat better start campaigning. At the moment the house appears to be divided on who should be going but we’ll hear more on those plans soon.
