It was a very quiet day in the Big Brother 20 house, especially considering there’s an eviction tomorrow. That can only mean one thing: Both nominees are comfortable, so someone is going to be blindsided. Read on for all the details from the talks and plans inside the house Wednesday morning and afternoon.

Big Brother 20 Live Feed Highlights – Wednesday, August 1, 2018:

10:05 AM BBT – HGs get their wakeup call.
11:30 AM BBT – HGs hanging out, nothing going on yet.
12:29 PM BBT – Angela tells Bayleigh she’s been trying to figure out what’s going on with Tyler. She asked if Tyler said he’d use the veto if she makes her the replacement nominee. Bayleigh said it wasn’t exactly like he was saying he’d use it only if he nominated Angela. He just asked if she would be the nominee if he used the veto. Angela says she just can’t figure out who Tyler’s working with. Angela says Rachel told her about her being the possible replacement nominee. Bayleigh tries to cover what she told Rachel and says maybe Rachel was being a little dramatic because it wasn’t that serious. She said Tyler wasn’t targeting Angela.
12:48 PM BBT – Bayleigh tells Rachel that Angela just came in her room and told her Rachel said the only way Tyler would use the veto is if Angela was the replacement nominee. Bay asks Rachel why she’d tell Angela that. Rachel said she was just nervous for Angela and just wanted her to be aware of her name being throw out. She apologizes.
12:53 PM BBT – Rachel asks Haleigh and Rockstar if she still has their vote. Haleigh says yes. Rockstar jokingly says it was such a hard decision since Brett is her best friend.
1:23 PM BBT – Rockstar says if she wins HOH she’ll nominate JC and Sam. Haleigh said she’d nominate Sam and and Kaycee or Angela.
2:04 PM BBT – Rachel tells Angela that Bayleigh came to talk to her and asked why she told Angela what Tyler had said about using the veto. Rachel said she apologized but just wanted Angela to look out for herself. Angela says she doesn’t trust Tyler because he was throwing her name around as a possible renom this week.
2:08 PM BBT – Rachel says Bayleigh thanked her last night for not telling anyone about her power (oops). Rachel says they need to win HOH this week so they’re safe for the next two weeks since they know Bayleigh will use her power. She says she thinks Bayleigh will use her power to nominate Haleigh and Rockstar.
2:10 PM BBT – Rachel tells Angela that she still doesn’t understand why Brett won’t talk to her. She said she said good morning to him and he wouldn’t even reply. Angela said he’s just upset that people have to choose between the two of them.
2:11 PM BBT – Angela tells Rachel that she was talking to Brett about his eviction speech and she was encouraging him to say stuff about Rockstar. Rachel said she hopes he doesn’t say anything about her (he plans to). Angela tells her if he says what he plans to say about Rockstar it’s going to be hilarious.
2:12 PM BBT – Rachel talks about how hard it is to talk to Sam about the game and how she doesn’t understand reasons why she should vote to keep someone.
2:13 PM BBT – Angela asks Rachel if anyone else knows about Bayleigh’s power. Rachel says Bayleigh said she was the only one who knows. Angela says she imagines Faysal knows and side has been acting really safe. Rachel says that Bay told her about the power so that she would trust her for nominating her as a pawn this week.
2:15 PM BBT – Rachel thinks Tyler will probably vote to keep Brett, but she’s not worried about the other votes. She says she’s not going to tell Tyler or Kaycee about Bayleigh’s power unless one of them wins HOH.
2:18 PM BBT – Rachel hopes people understand why she reacted the way she did this week. She says she put a lot of trust into Bayleigh this week.
2:19 PM BBT – Rachel asks Angela if she’s voting to keep her. Angela says “Really, Rachel?” She says she has to ask. Angela says yes. Rachel says she hopes there’s a Battle Back or a vote back so Brett can come back. Angela says Brett has to be popular because of his speeches, so he would probably win a vote back.
2:20 PM BBT – Rachel says it’s been a calm and quiet day. She says it’s a weird feeling to know she’s safe and then says “hopefully I am.” She said she’s going to be so embarrassed to watch this week back after all of her crying and nervousness.
3:05 PM BBT – Scottie tells Bayleigh that Rachel talked to him about the vote. He said it was short but he told her that he was voting to keep her. She said she’d not put him up. Bayleigh asks if he’d still put Rachel and Angela up and he says absolutely.
3:16 PM BBT – Tyler tells JC that Bayleigh is working with Haleigh and Rockstar since they’ve been in the HOH room 24/7 all week. Tyler says Haleigh is the most irrelevant person in the house. JC agrees.
3:18 PM BBT – JC says he really wants Rockstar out and he’s upset she’s making it to jury and predicts she’ll be a bitter juror. Tyler said he thinks she’ll be bitter too. Tyler tells JC he needs to stop throwing Rockstar’s name around so much for that reason and because she’s going to want to target them.
3:20 PM BBT – Tyler and JC say Bayleigh is on a big power trip. Tyler says it’s because she basically has two consecutive HOHs with her power and that’s why she’s not worried about what she says or does. Tyler says they have to make sure Bayleigh uses the power in case it lasts longer than they think.
Rachel is feeling really safe this week, but right now, as long as JC votes to keep Brett, she’ll be heading out the door, just missing jury. And most of the house knows about Bayleigh’s power, so winning HOH is going to be very strange for most people this week.
