With nothing but time on our hands until Sunday’s second episode of Big Brother 27 some of the fans are hard at work to uncover the identity of the Mastermind’s Accomplice. After first hearing some interesting arguments in favor of several HGs as the possible culprit it appears another HG may have been spotted making some moves of her own.
You’ll recall Ava had been spotted near the table with the Relic when the lights went out and she was also missing during a group gathering when she could have been unlocking the passage for Rachel’s arrival. But I’d say those were rather circumstantial and the latest theory is a good bit more solid, so here we go.
Amy. She’s the new suspicious character in this mystery and here’s why. Eagle eye fans noticed something Amy was doing during the blackout, something later that appeared to be in her pocket, and her interest in the hallway where Rachel arrived. Let’s take a look.

Amy was also part of the first group into the house and she would have had the opportunity to click that little countdown timer (which come on, we know didn’t do anything on its own). Now she’s also got something hidden in her right side pocket, perhaps that little remote she clicked in the clip above?

And lastly, there’s Amy standing in front of the doorway that needed to be unlocked for Rachel to gain access to the Big Brother house.

Ohh these Big Brother fans have done great work and I’d say they have me convinced! What about you? And here’s another interesting point on the chance she’s caught. Amy might fit into the same archetype as Rachel Reilly, so with Rachel there and Amy at risk of leaving then the show wouldn’t lose its stereotype cast role it loves to fill each year. That’s an intriguing possibility here.
