Sunday had a surprise in it for the Houseguests after staying up all night in search of a fictional rodent. Instead of the usual routine of Veto Ceremonies on Monday the HGs held this week’s meeting on Sunday. Even more unusual was how the Ceremony was held live on the Feeds for everyone to watch. I can’t remember having seen that before!
Find out what else happened on the Big Brother Feeds in the house yesterday.
Big Brother 16 Live Feed Highlights – Sunday, September 7, 2014:
The Big Brother 16 house guests had a surprise visit from Jeff and Jordan and helped them celebrate after Jeff popped the question. Oh, and the HGs hit the button that will rewind the game this week. Did someone tell Jeff the rewind doesn’t cancel out his proposal?
The episode picked up right after Christine was evicted and the house guests heard all the boos. They immediately decide they all hated Christine all along, basically. It’s pretty hilarious. Luckily, we don’t get to hear many of their delusions because the rewind button pops up on the screen. They don’t know what it means, but they start speculating right away.
Then they go to search for it. They go into the Have-Not room and there it is, along with a TV screen that says “The Choice is Yours.” Right now they can’t even get the glass box open. So more speculating. Frankie says he doesn’t think it would be a good result. And Derrick is afraid it will mess up his flawless game. Caleb is the only one who thinks it might be something good.
They start talking about Christine’s boos again. Frankie decides it has to be that America wasn’t OK with how close Christine, as a married woman, was with Cody. Frankie and Caleb think Christine really had something for him. But they all tell Cody they know he just wanted to be her friend.
We have this week’s Big Brother spoilers revealing what happened with the Veto this week. The Feeds have returned and the results have confirmed this week’s final nominees who will be on the block when the Big Brother Rewind twist hits this Wednesday night.
The Houseguests don’t know for sure, but they expect something is going on with the button they pushed the other night. Frankie just hopes it doesn’t wipe out all his achievements this week. Oops.
Read on to find out the latest Big Brother spoilers and discover who is now on the block.
The news broke on Friday night when Jeff tweeted this photo of the Big Brother backyard featuring his family and friends plus all the season’s remaining HGs. Tonight we’ll get to see what went down besides just Jeff’s knee.
Yes, Jeff and Jordan are now finally, finally engaged. Jeff went out and picked up one heck of a ring a few days ago and showed it off to viewers in another video clip released by CBS. Now we’ll see when he popped the question to propose as well.
The HGs were very excited for something eventful to happen to them and Frankie was certain they’d be immortalized in Big Brother history for being there for JeJo’s engagement. Yes, Frankie, everyone is going to think of you when they think of Jeff & Jordan getting engaged. Sheesh.
Congratulations to Jordan and Jeff on their engagement. Any bets on how long this phase of their courtship will last?? I kid, I kid. Here are some more photos from their announcement:
Update: CBS released this sneak peek video clip of Jeff proposing. Jordan thought they were coming to host a competition. Watch the clip below:
After facing some more challenging missions, well kinda challenging, Team America ended up with a gimme $5K in its lap this week when viewers sent them a new task.
Derrick received word on Friday night that America had assigned them a mission to spot a fictional mouse and keep the rest of the House, three other people, awake overnight in hunt of the interloping rodent.
The details given to Derrick and relayed to Frankie explained they couldn’t let anyone fall asleep before 6AM or they’d “risk” failing the mission, so no not really. They were also told that they could start it whenever they wanted as long as they reached the 6AM marker. Sheesh.
After HGs were allowed to sleep until late afternoon they started discussing staying up overnight. Bingo. Easy peasy $5K. Derrick and Frankie decide to wait until 3AM to give it a go which means they just have to keep eyes open for 3 hours. Yeah.
Flashback to 3:22AM BBT 9/7 as Frankie lets out a shriek and the mission is underway. HGs suggest it’s a mouse or a rat. Cody freaks out and jumps up on the bar stools as he’s terrified of rats. Of course he is.
HGs make their own mouse traps and production even plays along when they go in to DR and ask for real traps. Derrick even gets back out the headlamps they used during the Saboteur/Screw-Zach mission from the other week.
Caleb is determined to catch the mouse and stays on the hunt with Derrick. Victoria starts to fall asleep but Derrick pulls her back to the task and she returns to hang out in the kitchen.
6AM BBT rolls around as Frankie and Cody play pool while Derrick, Caleb, and Victoria all head in to the DR together to record a segment on their efforts. And just like that the mission is over and I’m not really sure what they did, but the money is theirs on this one and CBS has a new segment to run on Tuesday.
