Finally a power shift on Big Brother 17. After two and a half weeks of the Van Austwins taking over the Big Brother house they’ll now have to deal with a change in their plans which means we get to enjoy the fun of a scramble.
Two weeks ago we saw Liz win HoH and the Veto and last week Austin took HoH while Vanessa snagged PoV. This round we saw HoH yet again fall in to their hands before it was at last time for a change.
Tonight on Big Brother 17 we’ll watch the remaining Houseguests face off against the returning four Jurors in a chance to get back in the game and take on all the power this week.
In what might be the most pitiful endurance competition, even if it wasn’t the shortest, the whole “epic” battle lasted roughly three minutes past the end of the show as the competitors were tossed down from their swings like pills in a mid-day DR visit. There’s still hope for this week though.
It was Veto Day on Saturday in the Big Brother 17 house as the HGs spent nearly five hours in what looked to be a wild game of Hide & Seek leaving their habitat in a torn about fashion.
The results of the PoV comp will leave plenty of fans happy plus it gives everyone the chance to watch the HGs scatter and scramble looking for a new way out of the mess they’re in.
Big Brother 17 Live Feed Highlights – Saturday, August 29, 2015:
Big Brother spoilers reveal who won the Power of Veto competition today in Week 10 of BB17 as the new HoH faced off against the nominees and a trio of additional Houseguests for the win.
Both nominees admitted last night that if either of them didn’t win this competition then both of them would still be sitting on the Block come Thursday night. Not a desirable outcome for this duo. Did they pull off a save?
Big Brother 17 will wrap up in less than four weeks and we still have eight Houseguests remaining including a “strong fortress” trio that seems to just now be coming to the forefront of Vanessa Rousso’s attention and concerns. This week her moves may be jeopardizing any last chances to turn the odds.
Yesterday I spent a lot of time considering the situation of this week’s nominees in respect to Vanessa’s game position as I had just written about her pushing ahead to the end with her alliance consisting of a showmance and twin sisters. Not a great move, I’d argue. Could keeping James Huling around be what she needs to correct the crash course she’s on?
The Power of Veto competition is coming up later today as the Big Brother 17 Houseguests went into a late lockdown for what might be a more simple comp than the HGs have seen in recent weeks.
The new HoH named her nominees during Friday’s Nomination Ceremony before following that up with a verbal beat down that left them bewildered and scattered getting ready for their chance at safety.
