Just four votes stand between this week’s nominees and Julie’s eviction interview, so who will be going out the front door on Thursday night? Let’s take a look at the Big Brother votes this week.
Now that the Veto Ceremony is over we have the final nominees of the week and this won’t exactly be the most exciting decision to be made. Nor is there really even much talk on what to do and I don’t expect any wild flips between now and Thursday.
The guys have been running the Big Brother 16 house this season with several of the ladies helping them along. Now things have narrowed down to the final seven with the final five right around the corner. Can the guys keep it together to final four or will they turn on each other before that?
The Bomb Squad started out with eight before being whittled down to the Detonators and their five members. Soon that alliance too fell away with Zach’s departure, the guys distrust of Christine, and the re-inclusion of Caleb. Despite their ups and downs it looked like Caleb, Cody, Derrick, and Frankie may be able to stick it out to the end. But do the guys all want that to happen?
Well it looks like not a lot has changed in the Big Brother house other than the main ‘villain’ of the season Donny being evicted. I still don’t understand how some of the houseguests hated him so much. People may say he went to bed to early but at the same time why stay up all night and try to work with people who hate you for no good reason. But at the same time I feel like the middle of the night is the best time to talk game with other houseguests. I feel like he tried to work with people and they just kind of laughed him off.
I can’t wait until Donny sees all the love everyone on the outside have for him. You don’t understand how happy that will make him to know that America loved him.
I do like the fact that Caleb and even Frankie tried to flip the vote and save Donny. I feel like Derrick and especially Frankie put a bit of a show on for the cameras when it comes to Donny. But I think Frankie’s true colors came out on Sundays show when he talked about Donny/Team America to the camera and in front of Derrick. Derrick is clearly the smartest player in the game and he looked astonished about what Frankie said to the camera.
The Power of Veto day arrived with so much potential and promise but things fell apart and went downhill from there. Just as we had seen for much of the season there was big talk but no big walk and now we’re set for the rest of the week. At least we’re going to get a Double Eviction!

Big Brother 16 Live Feed Highlights – Monday, September 1, 2014:
We have this week’s Big Brother spoilers revealing what happened with the Veto this week. The Feeds have returned and the results have confirmed this week’s final nominees who will face eviction on Thursday’s first round of the Double Eviction.
Over the weekend Caleb floated the idea of going after Frankie for a Backdoor and the plan built up steam overnight before it seemed to hang in the air not knowing if it’d survive or pop and fall to the ground. As the very last chance of the season for a Backdoor the pressure was on for the HGs to make the right move for their game.

The plan had been for Caleb, Cody, and Derrick to talk about things again in the morning before the Veto Ceremony. That didn’t happen.
Derrick slept in until just before the meeting. He completely squandered any opportunity he might have had to work on Caleb. Instead, Frankie took advantage of that very same quiet time to work on Caleb and reassured him they were safe and sound together.
