What a great week of Big Brother this week! I keep thinking what would the outcome have been had the houseguests not hit that big wonderful golden button? But thank God they did! We saw Frankie’s eviction on Tuesday night but we actually got to see some more footage on Wednesdays live show and all I gotta say is, “yikes!”
The guys tell Frankie he is going to Jury and all of a sudden he turns into Castro telling them that they making a mistake because he will decide the winner of the game. I am very proud of how Caleb and Cody stood up for themselves and didn’t let him belittle them. No matter who is related to who, no matter where you are from, no matter what religion, sex, nationality, or etc. you are, we are ALL equals in this world and I’m glad they didn’t let the whole “status” intimidation factor effect their decisions.
And I am not leaving Derrick out because I’m saying he was intimidated I’m just leaving his name out because he kind of stayed out of the conversation but did tell Frankie he had respect for him as a player and kind of just left it at that which is a good route to take. BYE FRANKIE!!!
We see Derrick’s post HOH win and he gets some Hollas from some Jury members and gets to hear his little girl give him a Holla. I’m happy that he got to hear her because I am sure he is missing her. I guess that’s just an extra HOH bonus and I am happy that he got that. We get to see Derrick talk to the other three players and he has Caleb, Cody, and Victoria all fooled into believing they are his number ones in the house. He even convinced Caleb that he volunteered to go on the block which he did but Derrick completely manipulated him into volunteering.
It was a weird night in the Big Brother 16 house and on the Live Feeds without Caleb and Frankie, but luckily we got to watch the first part of the HOH play out. Find out what else happened on the Big Brother Feeds in the house yesterday.
Big Brother 16 Live Feed Highlights – Wednesday, September 17, 2014:
Following the Big Brother 16 live eviction on Wednesday night where the F4 became the Final Three we saw those HGs head outside for the always fun final endurance comp of the season and oh yes, it was the much feared “Wall” competition.
Since there’s no “outgoing HoH” at this point Derrick was able to compete in their very slick looking hang gliding themed comp. All three were perched up on a small foot platform with a hand rail above them.
The entire wall behind them would tilt forward dipping them toward the ground. Plus, there was lots of nice cold water thrown at them. See a full recap with pics & times from the endurance comp.
So who pulled off the first round win? Read on for the spoilers.
Big Brother 16 – Week 13 Final HoH:
Here we go! It’s time for a new Big Brother 16 Endurance HoH Competition! We just saw tonight’s eviction so we’re ready to move on to the end of the season’s three-round Final HoH battle.
Whoever wins this competition will automatically move on to the Round-3 portion while the two who fall behind will face off in the second round. Lots of pressure here with a chance at a half-million dollars on the line. Before the comp Derrick was reaffirming his F2 deals with both Cody and Victoria.
Normally I would normally suggest you grab a trial of the Feeds to watch along, but CBS went and blocked new sign-ups, so stick with us for all the results as they happen right here on this post.
Big Brother 16 Final HoH Round 1 Endurance Comp Results:
- 7:55 PM BBT – Feeds finally return. Theme is hang gliding. All still in.
- 7:58 PM BBT – BB turns up the fans & HGs prepare for water.
- 8:05 PM BBT – Derrick was joking that Caleb would have crushed this.
- 8:06 PM BBT – Big Brother turns the rain on. It’s pouring down.
- 8:10 PM BBT – Rain continues. Flash of light & Cody freaks, “is that lightning?!”
- 8:15 PM BBT – HGs tilted allll the way out. Everyone still in.
- 8:20 PM BBT – Raining is pouring and lots of tilting, but all look strong.
- 8:21 PM BBT – Derrick tells Cody, “I’m hurting.” Hmm, is he going to throw it?
- 8:23 PM BBT – Victoria already asking how long they’ve been up there. Thinks only 10 mins.
- 8:25 PM BBT – Rain stops. Victoria suggests Frankie would have never survived due to the cold.
- 8:30 PM BBT – Everyone still hanging in. They’re all very quiet.
- 8:34 PM BBT – Victoria says she’s slipping & can’t keep her hands on. Guys encouraging her.
Wednesday’s live Big Brother episode delivered the second eviction of the week and took us from the F4 down to the BB16 Final Three HGs. One of these players would win the half-million dollar
During the live show we saw the PoV events completed and confirm the final noms of the week. With just one eviction vote cast the pressure was on for this face to face elimination. Would Derrick’s plan work out or would he go in to the F3 with a stronger competitor than he hoped?
Tonight on Big Brother 16 we’ll see which Houseguests survive the Final Four eviction show and move on to the season finale. By the end of the night there will be just three players left in the season as they head out to compete in the first round of the Final HoH comp.

After last night’s elimination of Frankie we saw Derrick take control as HoH and secure both his seat in the F3 and the security of having never been nominated through a season of double nominations. Who else will join him? We’ll get the official results tonight with the Nominations Ceremony, Power of Veto competition, Veto Ceremony, and eviction vote. Yes, it will be a very busy night.
Tonight’s show opening with Frankie getting evicted. Before he was sent out Derrick warned him, as he often has done this season. Frankie warns all the guys that if they do that he will be the most powerful HG as a Juror who will decide who wins. Frankie’s ego can barely fit inside the room. The guys tell Frankie he’s delusional. That was absurd of Frankie, but completely in character from what he showed the HGs all season.
Derrick has to pick his nominations. Victoria is a given as he’s pretending to be against her still. Cody says he doesn’t want to go up so Derrick tells Caleb he has the Veto as a chance to secure his safety.
Big Brother 16 Week 12.5 Nominations:
Caleb jokes around at the ceremony and leaps from his chair with a “Judy Chop!” at Derrick. Now on to the most important Veto comp of the season.
Going in to this everyone thinks Derrick has his or her back, but Derrick tells us he is planning to throw the comp since it gains him nothing. Good plan.
Big Brother 16 Week 12.5 Power of Veto:
This win secures Cody has a spot in the F3, but it also means he’ll have to cast the sole eviction vote.
Big Brother 16 Week 12.5 Power of Veto Ceremony:
- Cody cannot use the Veto as only HG left
Julie asks Victoria for her 9th nomination speech. Vic hasn’t made it to eviction night nine times though, but nine noms is definitely a lot! Caleb gives a very nice speech.
Cody has the sole vote and has to do it out in the open. Cody reveals the Hitmen alliance before casting his vote.
