3. KNOW YOU’RE GETTING ON THE SHOW, AND KNOW YOU WILL WIN

Confidence is key. Don’t be shy. Don’t be timid. Don’t be humble. This is your shot to take this thing, and you want the casting people to know that. Whether you’re making a video or going to an open call, have an absolutely undeserving level of bravado and confidence. Not only does this help with your own psychological headspace to give you an internal advantage, but it’s one of the top qualities that shines through to the casting people.

I don’t think there’s been a single semi-final or final round interview that I haven’t been asked about my strategy to win. Have that strategy ready to talk about. Between you and me, there IS no definitive strategy to win ‘Big Brother’. There are so many twists and variables that if you go into it set on a particular unbending strategy, you will most certainly fail. But these casting people want to hear that you are CONVINCED that you absolutely KNOW how to win ‘Big Brother’. So you almost need to “over-believe” in yourself.
