It was a typical Tuesday in the Big Brother 20 house as the houseguests went back and forth on who they plan to evict this Thursday. It was also a typical day this season as Kaitlyn continued to be at a level 10 at all times.

Big Brother 20 Live Feed Highlights – Tuesday, July 17, 2018:
3:00 PM BBT – Scottie, Angie, and Haleigh suspect Kaitlyn has a power and is hiding the fact along with other details.
3:05 PM BBT – Kaycee is worried about Kaitlyn’s vote. Tyler says it’ll only take a few seconds to flip her over to keeping Brett. JC wants to watch Kaitlyn’s face when Brett stays.
3:15 PM BBT – Scottie mentions Kaitlyn was very descriptive about other available apps that she claimed Sam told her about, but he believes she actually has the Cloud App and is lying to them.
3:25 PM BBT – JC tells Faysal that Angie came in, woke him up, and asked if he had a power. He says that he told her he did, but admits he doesn’t. Faysal asks how JC is going to vote. JC deflects and says he’s undecided but was going to evict Brett until that fight happened with Kaitlyn.
3:45 PM BBT – Scottie asks Tyler how he’s planning to vote. He says he’ll go with voting however Kaitlyn wants. Scottie expects that’ll be Brett and says only Angela, Kaycee, and Rachel are planning to keep Brett.
3:50 PM BBT – Scottie notes that Sam has been acting odd around him and he doesn’t know what’s going on. Tyler chimes in that he’s seeing the same thing.
4:00 PM BBT – JC expects the next HOH comp to be endurance since the yard closed down so early.
4:05 PM BBT – JC and Scottie think Kaitlyn has an app because of how she could describe all of them. Scottie says it makes more sense with her Bros argument because she’d be safe.
4:30 PM BBT – Bayleigh and Haleigh are on to Tyler and suspect he’s a snake and really smart. They think if they got him up next to Angela then he’d definitely go.
5:50 PM BBT – Kaitlyn tells JC how well she handled Brett’s speech about her. JC corrects her and says his speech was not about Kaitlyn. She disagrees.
6:35 PM BBT – Angie asks Winston why he didn’t come campaign to her when he was on the Block. He points out her vote was set. She counters that he’s still supposed to play the game. Winston agrees that he should have come talked to her and is still learning the game.
6:40 PM BBT – Winston says he doesn’t want to campaign against Brett, but he does want to talk to her about her vote. Angie says they will discuss it tomorrow.
6:45 PM BBT – Winston tells Angie he wouldn’t go after anyone who voted to keep him. She encourages him to highlight that in his campaigning.
6:50 PM BBT – Winston points out to Angie that he is not well liked, but Brett is, so maybe keeping him (W) would make for a recurring target before her.
6:55 PM BBT – Brett promises Kaitlyn that their friendship was real and he hopes they can still be friends after the game.
7:22 PM BBT – Rachel and Angela are still on board with Brett staying over Winston.
7:30 PM BBT – Angela tells Rachel that Sam being on Big Brother doesn’t make any sense and she wonders if she’s America’s player.
7:35 PM BBT – Rachel and Angela have been talking about their alliance with each other. They say it’s rare that two pretty girls align. They talk about how to make it seem less obvious that they’re working together and come up with a plan to fight over Brett (Yes, this is all for real).
7:38 PM BBT – Brett tells Kaitlyn that one of the people closest to her was in on telling him she was against him. She’s not happy about that.
7:54 PM BBT – Kaitlyn and Faysal discuss keeping Brett because if Brett goes Faysal might be considered the next big threat.
8:20 PM BBT – Kaitlyn tells Tyler she’s voting for Brett to stay. Tyler says he isn’t.
9:05 PM BBT – Winston tells Brett that he thinks he’ll be going home since everyone loves Brett.
9:15 PM BBT – Brett and Winston are debating why HGs with the power apps won’t use them. Both are frustrated with the situation and lack of action.
10:02 PM BBT – Tyler asks Sam if she’s mad at him. She says she isn’t but he thinks she is.
10:05 PM BBT – Sam tells Tyler that she has a feeling Faysal will win the next HOH competition.
10:10 PM BBT – Rockstar tells Bayleigh when they go for Tyler it needs to be a backdoor and they’ll use Angela as their pawn/fake target. Angie is worried about Kaitlyn and calls her dangerous.
10:35 PM BBT – Sam reveals the filming crew faked her welding scene for her BB intro and the other “welders” were crew members. She wasn’t happy about that.
11:00 PM BBT – JC points out that the shorter HGs are the ones who win the endurance competitions.
11:45 PM BBT – Brett is frustrated that Sam won’t use the app on him. He tells Angela that Sam thinks it isn’t fair to use it. Angela says that’s the whole point of the app, to not be fair.
11:50 PM BBT – Tyler tells Brett he thinks the vote will be 7-4 for him to stay.
12:20 AM BBT – Faysal tells JC they need to get Brett out because he’s a threat in the game while Winston is weaker in the house. Faysal suspects that if Brett goes then he’ll be the next one on the list for targeting.
12:25 AM BBT – JC tells Faysal that if Winston stays he’ll be going after Faysal and Angie.
12:30 AM BBT – JC suggests if they can get Kaitlyn out of the game then Tyler will be a valuable puppet for the two of them. JC tries to convince Faysal that Tyler will do whatever he wants.
12:35 AM BBT – JC reveals to Faysal there is a love triangle with Rachel liking Brett and Brett liking Angela but Angela is only slowly warming to Brett.
12:45 AM BBT – Bayleigh and JC were talking about the little people vs dwarfs. She mentions “midget” and JC gets frustrated and explains that’s like using the n-word. Bayleigh gets frustrated and says he can’t say that word either. Feeds cut.
1:30 AM BBT – Feeds are back. JC and Bayleigh are off camera, but HGs are listening in as they have a heated discussion.
1:55 AM BBT – Bayleigh and JC are out of the lounge after their long talk. Things seem to have calmed.
2:10 AM BBT – JC talks with Brett about what happened. JC is stressed and doesn’t like how small things become big problems.
2:20 AM BBT – Brett and Sam are up and hanging out in the kitchen cooking and cleaning.
2:45 AM BBT – JC questions Faysal on why he would trust Kaitlyn after she’s repeatedly betrayed his alliance.
3:55 AM BBT – Sam is still up. She’s alone in the bathroom area crying.
4:15 AM BBT – All HGs are in bed.
For a Tuesday that was a busy night in the BB20 house. HGs are looking ahead to Thursday and beyond with Brett shoring up the votes while Sam seems to be sticking with not using her power and letting it roll over to a forced use in next week’s eviction.
