The last full day of Big Brother 17 Feeds arrived and the Final 3 spent the time relaxing and preparing for the big show but Vanessa wasn’t one to waste an opportunity to game.
Vanessa looks to be worrying a little as she revisited both of her F2 deals while assuring each they were unique and special snowflakes with no other F2 deals. Well, she only has to keep up the facade for one more day!
Big Brother 17 Live Feed Highlights – Tuesday, September 22, 2015:
10:30 AM BBT – Lights are on and the HGs are up. Steve and Vanessa settle in for some cards. They were wondering if the finale had been moved up to Tuesday, but DR calls Steve in and confirms it’s still Wednesday.
11:30 AM BBT – HGs have been down and up this morning. Nothing going on.
12:30 PM BBT – Liz and Vanessa are up and chatting while Steve naps. Vanessa wonders who will be there to see her on Wednesday night.
1:00 PM BBT – Vanessa working on Liz about not revealing their F2 deal to Steve.
1:10 PM BBT – Vanessa telling Steve how they can reveal to Liz about their F2 and having worked together all season. She’s trying to control the messaging to match up with what she told Liz she was going to lie about.
1:15 PM BBT – Vanessa explains to Steve how she doesn’t like people who play the victim and try to excuse responsibility in situations. Hard to tell if she’s just trying to parody herself or if she just don’t like other players playing her same game.
1:45 PM BBT – Steve and Vanessa back to playing cards.
1:55 PM BBT – Feeds go to Loops.
3:25 PM BBT – Feeds return. HGs received hair dye and items to get themselves ready for finale.
3:30 PM BBT – Steve has ditched the beard completely. He’s all cleaned up and ready for the big show.
4:00 PM BBT – Vanessa is stressing that round three may happen tonight. Steve assures her that won’t happen.
4:35 PM BBT – Steve mumbling about Vanessa to himself. It sounds as if he said “I don’t trust you.”
5:55 PM BBT – Liz says she understands if Vanessa and Steve want to take each other to final two. She’s getting emotional. Vanessa launches her prepared talk on how her and Steve created a partnership to offset the Austwins’ strength of three in their group of five. Vanessa says it was created on Day 40. Steve doesn’t say much. Liz stays very positive, but acts upset. Vanessa had previously told her this conversation would take place, but promised it wouldn’t change her plans to take Liz to F2.
6:24 PM BBT – Vanessa tells the other two that she’s been withholding some things and they’ll find out tomorrow. She starts joking around about what her secret could be.
6:42 PM BBT – Steve says that final two speeches have no effect on jury. Liz agrees they all will have their minds made up.
7:01 PM BBT – Liz says she doesn’t know if she’ll still date Austin after the show.
8:00 PM BBT – HGs packing up and chit-chatting.
9:03 PM BBT – Steve trash-talking other HGs for no reason. He says that Jason was entitled.
9:33 PM BBT – Steve, Vanessa and Liz play a final game of pot ball.
10:10 PM BBT – Now it’s time for another game of cards.
10:15 PM BBT – Liz is allergic to cats.
10:35 PM BBT – Steve is getting very emotional about it being the last night.
11:00 PM BBT – Vanessa and Steve discussing finale night events and being up on the scales. Steve is worried his nerves will get the best of him.
11:45 PM BBT – Steve is reading his letter from home and getting emotional.
11:50 PM BBT – Vanessa promises Liz she’s taking her to the F2.
12:30 AM BBT – Big Brother is toying with the HGs playing silly messages that don’t apply. It gets the HGs talking and laughing.
1:15 AM BBT – Vanessa gets up for a snack and starts working through Jury vote counts at the table using Skittles.
2:00 AM BBT – Steve is up for a snack and lingers for a bit before returning to bed.
4:00 AM BBT – All is quiet as the HGs enjoy their final night’s rest in the Big Brother house.
The talk between Vanessa, Liz, and Steve regarding their SoS F2 was interesting and obviously incomplete. Not sure if there will really be any impact here since everyone seemed to be faking their way through the talk. Now they’ll all need to settle down and get ready for a half-million dollar round three.

I thought it was a big thing last year that Derrick and Cody were not allowed by production to tell Victoria that she wasn’t going to the final 2. Is there a change in rules this year or something?
BB Production has never been very consistent in what they do.
There goes Steve crying again and what a mean person talking so nasty about house guests that have left. He should have electric shock, he is ugly, he is a bully.
Of course I don’t mean any of these things. Steve in truth is a nice young man and so are the others.
They say BB is a social experiment and I couldn’t agree more. But it is not just within that house, it is within the social network. The hatred I have witness, not only in my life for being a Lesbian, outside my wonderful family, but on this blog is simply remarkable. The things that I have read, like how I started my remarks, shows that hatred and not forgiveness really rules. Didn’t a man who walked the earth 2000 years ago once say he without sin cast the first stone. I love each and every one of those houseguests. I wish luck for Liz, Steve and my Beautiful Lesbian Warrior Vanessa. People can only look at a physical appearance and say such vile things. I suggest looking in the mirror and think how others might perceive you if you were on National TV. My girlfriend and I are so amused at the hatred you have for Vanessa. One person actually said they would break their TV if Vanessa won. It reminded me of the story of a man who threw a piece of pizza at his girlfriend’s face because she had the audacity of walking in front of a TV when his football team was losing. That story kind of reminded me of the vile remarks about Vanessa that Michele and I have read on this site over the months about Vanessa. For those that have written or laughed at those remarks I can only say again, he without sin cast the first stone. Peace out.

I feel the same but I’m still pretty anxious about tonight. I want Steve to win round 3 so so badly that I’m actually nervous for tonight….so I can’t imagine how Steve must feel.

It’s amazing how I skipped the last two weeks of anything to do with Big Brother and my friends/co workers tell me how much of a better mood I’m in. I’ve never had a show or someone on a show affect my real life like Vanessa.If she’s so toxic and can get you through a tv screen ….well I can only imagine what it’s like being in that house with her in person…Let’s just bury this season of Big Brother and hope for a better one next year.

I agree. And she does it almost everyday. The other day he left a dirty dish in the sink and she went and got him up yelling at him and made him wash it. I would of told her where she could put that dish.

This is exactly how I feel, I’ve never had someone get to me like this until Vanessa. I don’t think she’s just a ruthless player, I honestly believe this stuff goes to the core. I wonder if she’ll be at all expecting the hatred she’s stirred up in viewers. Or if she’ll even care.

You can’t please everyone, I don’t care if we have terrible houseguests as long as they deliver in entertainment and gameplay.
i don’t care whos there, just not another Vanessa. this show is what i look forward to all year. i will be very disappointed if the cast is anything like her.
Same here, I haven’t even watched Survivor since the first few seasons. Usually I’m sad to see BB end but I want these people off my TV.
Survivor is good. But I prefer Big Brother over Survivor. For me, based on editing Survivor is too predictable. I don’t want to predict the winner on episode 5. Big Brother may be predictable too but at least you get to watch what is going on live. Plus I think that with BB you get to know the players better personally on the feeds.
I have withdrawals after a few months. Lol I think I’m ordering all the seasons of BBAUS and watch this winter.
I get Big Brother withdraws too, I am going to rewatch Big Brother 3, 8, and 11. I can’t get into any other international version of Big Brother. I don’t like viewers deciding people’s fate than it turns into a popularity contest. I only watch BBUS and BBCAN.

I know that most of the international Big Brother versions have public voting except for Big Brother Canada, which is why I like it. I hear that BBUK and BBAU are good but I don’t care to watch it.

Reasons why Big Brother needs to go back to the old finale format. The jury questioning and the speeches have no impact and is basically irrelevant.

These feeds have been so dreadful to read, I agree with everyone else about being glad this awful season is finally coming to a close. Nothing good happened this season, it was 100% negativity.

I’m just defending the season from people that allways hate the outcome unless their day 1 fave makes it to the end. I don’t have a day 1 fave I get a favorite around the 1/3rd mark because I like good players. So when people stop hating on this season and its players then Ill stop commenting.
Also people cried rigging this season but when there was clear rigging in bbcan3 for the “fan faves” Brittney and Sarah no one seemed to care. Just saying
I didn’t have a day one favorite, didn’t invest much time in caring if any of them won. Over the season instead of having a favorite, I chose anyone who could beat Vanessa at her own game. She exploited everyone’s weaknesses in a hurtful way. That’s what bothers me about Vanessa.
Totally agree. Most years I do have an early on favorite and they usually don’t make it too far but I keep watching. This is the first year I didn’t have a favorite and liked anyone who attempted to take down Vanessa. Unfortunately that never happened.

Say what you want about the season and that it sucked! I still enjoyed it and I’m looking forward to a surprise tonight because it could really go either way! Finally we don’t already know whats going to happen come eviction night. I’m leaning more towards Vanessa winning, but if Steve wins its rightfully so as well.

I think the person that will win is the one that wins/lucks his/her way to the end AND has been able to get into the minds of the jury that will vote for them to win the 500K and I do not think Van DESERVES to win, there are 2 more that also made it to the end so they too did something right to be there, it is the same kind of out last out whit out play all the others that started the game, and if you got there by ‘floating’ —-might not be what we would do BUT there is more than one way to ‘skin a cat’ I like to see game play but I have never liked liars nor bullies so it is my wish for NO ONE to win that takes that route to get the win!!

I think we are all just over Big Brother in general. Time to put the show to bed and be done with it forever. I have always enjoyed and loathed each season for different reasons. I am very tired of all the hateful, judgemental comments season after season. BBN has always been my go-to for updates and I used to comment more often in the past but you all are just plain mean and take the fun out of it. I am on board with critiquing, analyzing and just plain picking apart someone’s game. But name calling etc is unnecessary. Matt, I have enjoyed all you have provided us in the past and know you can’t control what people choose to say, however, I think I’m going to have to say goodbye. I will be watching tonight secretly hoping Van wins just so we can all see how well everyone tries to cover up their anger that they (production) let a professional poker player in and ultimately they (the players) were the ones giving her the $!
Vanessa is a deserving F3 participant. From the entertainment perspective, I wished she had owned some of the big moves she made when she goes to DR, She always wiggle her way out. Saying..”I’m the most honest player in the house”..Instead of saying.. “I’m doing this to everybody in the house, and I’m telling you (the viewer) what exactly is going on…just own it!
Now that you say it that way I realize I didn’t like that either. It was bad enough she wouldn’t take responsibility for anything, but she wouldn’t even do it where they other players couldn’t hear her. Sounds like some serious denial going on.
I find her repulsive, disgusting, totally lacks any character Wirth praising. The way she and Liz spoke about the people they need votes from is just disgusting. I wish the house guests could hear what is being said about them prior to them voting.

I agree, I like Vanessa and I am rooting for her to win tonight. But she doesn’t own her moves. It’s almost like she is lying to the viewers in the DR which can get annoying. I don’t have a problem with BB players lying in the DR because I don’t really care, but I can see why viewers are upset about it. Even though in my opinion they really shouldn’t be.
I like how everyone thinks Vanessa is a crybaby when 2/3’s of the bitching this season is coming from the fans. Just read the comments on this board or any board, it’s shameful. I wonder what final 3 or how this season could’ve been for any of them to be satisfied. So picky and pretentious it makes me a sick a recently new fan of the show.
I’ve made this speech before, but the short version is that we’ve been watching these people for months. We’re bound to develop some strong feelings about them, both good and bad. If we didn’t have people to root for or against, we wouldn’t stick with the show. So the debate is on! Yeah, some people go too far. But this show, like any other competition, is meant for the viewer’s enjoyment. And we don’t enjoy Vanessa. I hate to be the “if you don’t like it, don’t read it” person, but a lot of us like to vent here. And that venting can get a little intense sometimes.
I think a lot of the “bitching” you see is that many of us prefer to complain and vent rather than gush praise for people. It’s just more satisfying that way.
That’s what this board is for. To debate, bitch, talk about how we feel. If all the comments were sunshine and roses it would be very boring.

Get used to it. However a lot of members of this site, are intelligent, self thinking bb game show strategy enthusiasts and have interesting, honest insights to the cast, as the season progressees. They write well thought out analysis. There are however very few super negative knuckleheads and they are swept away by the others comments. Last ypu have strong opinions which read negative, like misinterpreted texts durring a fight with your BF or gf. Lol. Enjoy

According to another site Vanessa and Steve told Liz about their final 2 deal last night
It’s all part of the plaaan..as Heath Ledger said in the dark knight. Doesn’t matter. Steve knows Vanessa is lying. In order to appease Steves (play) on Vanessa by him pushing her to tell liz, last week. Vanessa told Liz, she and steve would come to her and tell her they are taking one another. It’s literally a 3 way lie. Nothings changed. Your good.
I’m praying Steve wins and evicts Vanessa. But if Vanessa does win and takes Liz I don’t think she’s the clear cut winner. She’d already be down 2 votes with Austin and Julia. Meg already said she wasn’t voting for her. James was close with Liz. That’s 4 votes. Also Jackie couldn’t stand her. There’s 5 votes against her. If she keeps Steve she goes in with 3 votes from Austin and the twins. She’d only need 2 more. She probably would get Jackie’s then since Steve evicted Jackie. And I think she’d get Shelli’s.
Liz and Vanessa are so sickening the way they talk about the other hgs. Who exactly do they think they are? Steve should win just based on their shytty characters.
One of the biggest reasons I want Steve to win. He’s never passed judgment on any of the hgs other than to say, “I don’t trust” so and so. He played an honest game and a respectful one out of those 3! :-)
