It’s finally Double Eviction Week for Big Brother 21, so it’s time to speculate and predict and wish for what will happen!
We can never be sure of what’s going to happen in a double eviction. Historically, we have lost some really major players (Jeff, Elissa) and some randoms (Ashley, Jackie). So anything can happen. This season, everyone is split into twos, though, so we can get a better idea of what might happen. So we are going to run through the scenarios.
First, though, let’s just point out that Jessica is going in the first round. That’s Jackson’s target, and I don’t see that changing especially now that Holly and Jackson are worried they made a mistake trusting Tommy and Christie. So Jessica is out first, let’s say. That leaves the pairs Holly/Jackson, Cliff/Nicole, and Tommy/Christie.
Jackson can’t win HOH. So let’s say Holly does. Her nominees will be Tommy and Christie. She and Jackson are going to honor their deal with Cliff and Nicole, so I’m pretty sure those will be her nominees. If nominees stay Christie and Tommy, I think they’re going to take that chance to get Tommy out. Christie has 999 lives in this game it seems. If one comes down from the veto win, the other will go. The numbers are there for that.
Cliff and Nicole should make the same nominees as Holly, unless they decide that now is the time to go after Holly and Jackson. It’s not looking that way at the moment, but it has been discussed. Nicole and Tommy had a talk recently, where they both realized that Jackson and Holly are trying to work with everyone. So who knows.
If Tommy or Christie win HOH, they will have to nominate Jackson and Holly if they want one of them out. Tommy never wanted to touch Holly, but if he gives her the shot to save Jackson, then he could lose that shot. Of course Tommy has also been after Cliff for quite some time, so he might actually just nominate Jackson and Cliff and just hope one of them goes.
Christie, I think will shoot right for Jackson and Holly. She could also see things as Tommy does, though, and put up one half of each pair. But I think she might be more direct than Tommy.
So that leaves Nicole pretty safe. The only way I see Nicole going during the second eviction is if she’s up against Cliff and he makes one of his deals. To me, it’s too late in the game for such a deal, but this cast is a weird one, so who knows.
I’ll say it again, though, anything can happen. The only thing we know for sure is what our readers want to happen. Based on our poll, you really want to see Christie and Jackson leave during the double. Of course, both can’t go now that Christie was taken off the block this week, so do you want her to be the second evictee this week or Jackson? Check out the poll below and let us know.
