It was eviction eve in the Big Brother 20 house and there was virtually no campaigning going on. It’s pretty clear to both nominees what’s happening Thursday night, so they just spent the evening chilling.

Big Brother 20 Live Feed Highlights – Wednesday, August 22, 2018:
- 3:05 PM BBT – Scottie is continuing to try and pack as many extra items into his bag as he possibly can. He’s been taking goods from the Storage room as some sort of game.
4:00 PM BBT – JC is teasing Brett with his modified Granny sweater that now says “I’m Gay.” JC keeps suggesting Brett wear it, but he’s declining.
6:00 PM BBT – Haleigh is paranoid and fears something bad will happen on Thursday. She still thinks Scottie is going but worried about a DE where they’re targeted.
6:15 PM BBT – Haleigh wonders to Faysal if he’d really pick her if they were F3. She promises to pick him too. They promise to throw the Veto to each other in a DE to help protect both.
6:20 PM BBT – Faysal asks if Haleigh will come to Orlando soon after they get out. She dodges it and says later at some point. He says he wants her and him to just hang out for months after the show and find light jobs together from their Big Brother fame.
6:22 PM BBT – Haleigh worries Kaycee may be coming for her. Faysal thinks voting to keep Kaycee this week will help with that.
6:40 PM BBT – Haleigh again fearing it’s a DE coming up and she’ll be the victim.
6:45 PM BBT – Faysal tells Haleigh that JC would put up Sam and Kaycee if he won HOH. She suspects JC would put her up, but Faysal disagrees and says he’d keep her safe with his connection to JC. Haleigh says she would nom Brett and Sam if she wins HOH.
6:48 PM BBT – Haleigh feels bad for Scottie, but Faysal doesn’t and expects Scottie to throw him under the bus on Thursday.
6:55 PM BBT – Angela, Kaycee, and Tyler agree that Faysal and Haleigh need to be nominated together or both could end up staying. Tyler thinks they’d be safe against those two in a DE.
7:00 PM BBT – Faysal is concerned JC is more with Tyler now. He wants JC out. Haleigh says the better thing is to fix his relationship with JC.
7:35 PM BBT – Angela and Brett are going over days and events. Both seem well prepared.
7:40 PM BBT – Brett tells Angela that Sam would probably put her and Haleigh up together. He doesn’t think she’d target the guys. Brett says the only way two of Level 6 goes up is if Haleigh wins HOH.
7:42 PM BBT – Angela and Brett discuss a Battle Back and how the people in jury right now (Rockstar and Bayleigh) hate them. They agree it’s good they’re sending Scottie to jury this week because he will beat those two in a Battle Back and he’ll come back and target Faysal.
7:43 PM BBT – Brett and Angela don’t agree on who should go first between Haleigh and Faysal. Angela says Haleigh knows the game better and JC can still control Faysal. Brett said he’d rather Faysal go though because Haleigh isn’t good at competitions.
8:06 PM BBT – Tyler and Angela lying in bed. She’s playing with his hair and she says she doesn’t want to go to the DR because she’s afraid they’ll ask her about Tyler. He tells her this is the highlight of his day.
8:15 PM BBT – Tyler tells Angela that JC was telling him how dangerous showmances are and was implying that Angela likes Brett to try to keep Tyler away from her. Angela says JC is full of it.
9:05 PM BBT – Scottie’s jaw is swollen from falling during the veto competition. He slipped in the milk he poured out.
9:11 PM BBT – Brett asks Sam if she’s OK. She says she is. He says he just wanted to see what she was up to. She’s making something and he asks what’s that for. She says that’s for her and she’s just making stuff because she doesn’t feel like being around anyone. She gives Brett a whole list of what she doesn’t want to do or doesn’t have to do. He takes the hint and leaves.
9:14 PM BBT – Brett tells Angela what Sam just said to him and how it felt like she was telling him to F off. Angela says she’s over Sam and that she gets like this every Wednesday night.
9:40 PM BBT – Haleigh reports back to Faysal that she overheard Angela telling Tyler she can’t sleep without him there and saw her playing with his hair. She thinks they’re becoming a showmance. Faysal gets excited and says they can tell him they are too.
10:35 PM BBT – Faysal tells Haleigh and Tyler that he made it to the last round of Survivor casting but was cut.
11:10 PM BBT – JC is annoyed with Tyler because the DR asked him about Tyler and Angela. JC says Tyler’s showmance has made the show.
11:20 PM BBT – Brett tells Tyler that Sam is getting at him and he’s been trying to be nice with her.
12:00 AM BBT – JC reminds Tyler that they’re here to play this game, not get in a showmance.
12:15 AM BBT – JC continues to be annoyed with Tyler over Angela. He tells Tyler he’s going to go be with Brett in the game and he can keep Angela.
12:20 AM BBT – JC warns Tyler that Brett may be worried that he (T) is getting too close with Kaycee and Angela.
12:30 AM BBT – Tyler and JC chat about life back home and growing up going to school.
1:50 AM BBT – Brett appears to be studying the game using colored blocks from the Jenga set in the Lounge. He’s using various colors per group and moving them around to compare scenarios.
2:30 AM BBT – Sam took a shower then cleans up a few things in the kitchen before heading to bed. She’s the last to go to sleep.
Everything is about the next rounds and beyond as Scottie is all but evicted already. Tyler is starting to slip into this showmance situation and HGs are becoming well aware. We’ll have to see if it becomes a boost or a liability for his game. Next up though is a new HOH on Thursday.
