It was an emotional day in the Big Brother 18 house as the HoH named his nominees for eviction and one of them went off the deep end. Oh, and America made its second Care Package choice. Read on to get all the details and drama.

Big Brother 18 Live Feed Highlights – Friday, August 5, 2016:
10:30 AM BBT – Nicole is awake. She’s chatting with Bridgette as they get ready for the day.
11:00 AM BBT – Just Nicole around as she camtalks about life in general.
11:30 AM BBT – Nicole still chatting with the camera and now discussing Corey and finding another guy on Big Brother.
12:30 PM BBT – Still just Nicole as she wanders the house while everyone else is sleeping.
1:00 PM BBT – Corey is awake and talking with Nicole. She’s telling him about her dream of being kidnapped and chased.
1:05 PM BBT – Nicole asks what Corey had listed as his occupation. He says bartender, but production made him change that. Nicole explains they don’t want bartenders or waitresses listed. We get Fish as she discusses this.
1:50 PM BBT – Natalie has been in the bathroom getting ready while Nicole and Corey talk in the Lounge. Nicole is nervous about Natalie and wants her gone. Nicole finally admits that she wants Natalie gone because she thinks Natalie has a crush on Corey and is concerned that Natalie is or was in love with him. (Nicole, go ahead on home now.)
2:22 PM BBT – Care Package falls in to the backyard and the winner is… James! He gets to nullify two votes at the next eviction.
2:30 PM BBT – Victor is practicing his nomination speech for Michelle and Zakiyah. He’ll blame Michelle’s on something she said and upsetting him so close to winning HoH. Zakiyah was about him thinking she doesn’t like him. He’s going to take Mardi Gras beads out of his hat and toss them to each of the ladies at the end.
2:35 PM BBT – James is already planning how to waste his special power by nullifying his allies votes strategically. He consults with Paulie.
2:40 PM BBT – Michelle worrying to Zakiyah that they’re in danger. Zakiyah is disappointed in herself from dropping in the comp.
2:45 PM BBT – Nicole is sure America hates her because she didn’t get the package and James did.
2:55 PM BBT – James worries if there’s something he’s missing because he thought him and Victor were good now but then America sent him this power after Victor got HoH. James doesn’t know the voting was going on all week.
3:10 PM BBT – Michelle talking with Paul and worried about being nominated.
3:20 PM BBT – Paulie tells Corey and James that Victor wants to keep Bridgette but the guys want to keep their ladies instead. Paulie wants Bridgette out during a DE. They all three agree that Michelle needs to go this week.
3:25 PM BBT – Corey warns Paulie and James that Natalie would never nominate a girl or go after one. He says Natalie really wants a girl to win.
3:30 PM BBT – James told Paulie and Corey that if they want Natalie to be the first of their ladies to go then he’ll let them do that. James wonders if Nicole would put him up, but Corey promises James that Nicole wouldn’t put up any of the guys.
3:40 PM BBT – Paulie says they need to target Victor when there are at least 3 girls still there so they have back up plans in case Victor wins Veto or HoH. He tells Corey and James that they’ve made it to Jury and now need to work on their plan to get them three to F3.
3:45 PM BBT – Nicole shows up and the game talk ends. She’s worried that Corey might not like the color of the shirt she’s wearing but he likes it. These are the things that drive Nicole’s game focus.
3:55 PM BBT – Nicole and Corey alone when Nicole says she’s willing to go after Victor, but she doesn’t want him to know it’s coming.
4:05 PM BBT – Nicole asks Paulie who should go, Michelle or Zakiyah. Paulie says he’s cool with either going then he proceeds to explain in detail why it needs to be Michelle.
4:10 PM BBT – Corey goes in to great detail how he was cast just days before the season. He says Robyn Kass told him he was lucky because he got to skip months of scrutiny and interviews that other applicants have to endure. Amazingly we don’t get Fish as he discusses this even when James says “you’re not allowed to discuss production!”
4:25 PM BBT – Paul is talking with Victor about keeping Michelle. Paulie arrives and Paul pushes back on targeting Michelle this week. Paulie suddenly agrees that Zakiyah can go. This is a trick. He’s using Derrick’s method of agreeing to something he doesn’t want but only temporarily. Later he’ll return to the confrontation and win it over. Paulie was advised by Derrick in preseason so this method isn’t surprising.
5:00 PM BBT – Feeds cut for the nominations.
Read on for the rest of Friday’s highlights as tears and hysteria made a big return to the house when the nominations ceremony was over and one of the noms did not like how she was treated in the process.
Noms were set in the second half of the day and now the struggle is on between Paul and Paulie to decide who will go. But don’t forget, guys, there’s still a Veto comp out there to play!
6:06 PM BBT – Feeds are back. Michelle is hysterical. She’s sobbing and mad at Natalie while also being mad at Victor for the mean things he said at the ceremony. Zakiyah is laughing about what Victor said. Both Michelle and Zakiyah were nominated.
6:12 PM BBT – Paul tells Michelle she needs to get herself together and start thinking logically.
6:14 PM BBT – Michelle doesn’t understand why Victor is so upset with her but he’s kissing up to Paulie, who was the one who actually put him up when he was first evicted.
6:19 PM BBT – Paulie tells Zakiyah that Michelle is an emotional wreck and that’s why she needs to go.
6:22 PM BBT – Nicole tries to make Michelle feel better while pretending like she didn’t know Michelle and Z were going up on the block.
6:35 PM BBT – Natalie tells James she’s proud of him for telling Da’Vonne she was going home. James told her right before the live show that she was going. So Day wasn’t really blindsided.
6:58 PM BBT – Michelle and Z have been trashing Nicole and Paulie. Michelle says she wishes Frank was still here so he could’ve gone after Nicole and Paulie.
7:00 PM BBT – Paul thinks Z should go first over Michelle because Michelle has gone off the deep end and isn’t a threat in the game anymore.
7:06 PM BBT – Michelle asks Nicole if she’ll use the veto on her. She says yes. OK, Nicole. Michelle calls herself the worst superfan ever.
7:44 PM BBT – Michelle thinks she ended up on the wrong season.
7:58 PM BBT – Paul and Paulie talking about sending Z out this week and if it’s a Double Eviction they can go for Bridgette, Michelle or James in the second eviction.
9:22 PM BBT – Natalie and James talking about how dirty Nicole is playing this season. Natalie said if Nicole was in the final two against Paulie, she’d vote for Paulie because Nicole has played too dirty.
9:40 PM BBT – Michelle and Zakiyah talking about how smooth things were when the 8-Pack was solid. Michelle is upset because she says she’ll never get to experience being Head of Household.
10:11 PM BBT – Paulie trying to get James on the same page about getting all the girls out. James tries to put in a good word for Natalie by telling Paulie she said she’d even vote Bridgette out over Paulie if that was a scenario.
10:20 PM BBT- Michelle and Victor are finally having a talk. They talk about how everyone is in pairs but them. Michelle says she’s going to tell Julie she regrets not getting in a showmance. Michelle reminds Victor that she’ll be voting in jury.
10:46 PM BBT – Michelle asks Natalie if she picks her to play in the veto competition for her if she will use the veto on her if she wins. Natalie says she will.
11:15 PM BBT – Michelle hopes Paul would save one of them with the Veto, but Zakiyah doesn’t think Paul would want to upset Victor.
11:25 PM BBT – Michelle tells Paulie her plan is to pick Natalie to play for her. Paulie laughs at the choice.
11:43 PM BBT – Nicole tells Corey that Michelle has to go because Zakiyah can stay and go after Victor.
11:50 PM BBT – Nicole warns Corey Michelle has promised to blow things up on her way out the door. She says they need to hide their plans to get Michelle out from Paul and Victor since they want Zakiyah gone.
11:55 PM BBT – Paulie and James eviction options. They think Zakiyah staying would be best for their game while Michelle would be best for Paul and Victor. Paulie says Michelle is attention driven and will support whoever is looking at her.
12:05 AM BBT – Have-Nots is over and everyone is feasting.
3:05 AM BBT – Paulie and Paul resume debate over who will go and says it will be a last minute decision. Paulie suggests they keep Victor for a bit more and let him go after girls again but then he has to go.
3:10 AM BBT – Paulie is sure James is dedicated to the guys, but Paul disagrees and doesn’t seem to trust James. Paulie says since them two and Victor are winning everything they’ll use Corey and James as pawns. Corey is a better option to keep, suggests Paulie, because Corey can’t win comps but is trying.
3:20 AM BBT – Paul says their perfect scenario is Zakiyah, then Bridgette, then Michelle going all in a row. Paul wonders if James will really give them info but Paulie is sure James would bring them intel.
3:35 AM BBT – Paulie warns Paul that Michelle survives on attention and jealousy. If he stops giving her attention then does he want what will happen?
3:40 AM BBT – Paul suggests they’ll need to just wait and see what happens at the Veto before making more plans.
3:50 AM BBT – Paulie tells Paul there’s something he needs to tell him when the Feeds are off.
4:00 AM BBT – Bridgette has joined the discussion with Paul and Paulie. She says Zakiyah scares her with how she acts when Bridgette gets near Paulie. Bridgette credits Zakiyah with being a good actress for hiding her emotions.
4:05 AM BBT- Bridgette warns the guys that Michelle could start swinging if she gets HoH and end up doing a lot of damage. Paulie counters that Zakiyah wouldn’t do that and suggests she would go after Victor and do whatever he tells her to do.
4:10 AM BBT – Paul asks Victor who he wants out. Victor says Zakiyah. Paul tells Victor he’s going to need his back up and support on this then.
Oh my we could have a stand off coming as Paulie and Paul are at odds and that’ll be fun to watch play out especially with James’s special care package power out there. I still doubt James will do anything of interest with it but we could see some struggles to employ it for one side or the other. Meanwhile the HGs still need to get ready for that Veto comp and the backyard was open way late in to the night which means it will not be a complicated set up or else it’s going to be one very late night comp instead.
