Big Brother 27: Veto Ceremony Plans for Week 7

It is Veto Ceremony day inside the Big Brother 27 house, and today we will get the answer to this week’s big question: Who will Vince renom for Week 7 of BB27? Vince has discussed a couple of options throughout the weekend with his fellow Big Brother houseguests, but which one will he settle on? Will it be a big move or the safe one? Read on for the latest.

As we know, Vince won the HOH for Week 7 of Big Brother and nominated Mickey, Ava, and Kelley for eviction. He has made it clear that his target this week is Mickey, but that hasn’t stopped Keanu from trying to convince Vince that Rachel should also be on the block.

Mickey went on to win the Power of Veto on Saturday, which will now force Vince to name a replacement nominee. Vince did seem to be considering putting Rachel up for renomination this week after talking to Keanu. Keanu convinced him that Rachel is a significant threat and that there aren’t many people in the house who would take the shot if they won the HOH.

This point was driven home as soon as the rest of the HGs started to filter into the room to tell him that it was too early to take the shot at Rachel and that he shouldn’t renominate her. This has Vince second-guessing whether he would have the votes to get Rachel out this week. Especially since this is a shot that Vince can’t afford to take and miss the week after he blindsided half the house by voting to evict Rylie.

The other option Vince has this week is Katherine. She has made it crystal clear that she would nominate him because of Rylie’s eviction if she won the HOH. While Rachel would remain her primary target, she wouldn’t be upset about Vince going either.

Monday morning, Vince discussed with Will the reasons why he has been considering Rachel over Kat for renom. He tells Will that it has a lot to do with how the house would perceive him keeping Rachel safe after weeks of her vocalizing that she would target him. Will seems to understand his line of reasoning and has told Vince that he will have his back regardless of what he chooses to do.

They also talked about how Rachel herself said that if you have a chance to take a big shot, you should because you never know if you will get another chance. Vince told Will that he hasn’t made up his mind. Says he knows what his gut is telling him, but his strategic brain is telling him to do something else.

Before Vince headed into the DR, Kat came up to talk to him, and she asked which way he was leaning. He told her that every fiber in his being is telling him to renom Rachel, but she has been making deals with him. She tells him that Rachel is also making deals with six other people, but Kat only has two other people in the house. So when she tells Vince that she isn’t coming after him, she means it.

At this point, it does seem like we will see Rachel on the block when the feeds return from the Veto Ceremony. Do you think that this is the right move for Vince? Or will this backfire on Vince?
