Big Brother 27: One Last Evicted Houseguest Before Jury

Less than four weeks remain in this Big Brother season and we still have TEN Houseguests remaining in the game. Come Thursday night that number drops to nine but still puts us at over half of the original cast remaining in the race for $750K. Something has got to give and give quickly.

Right now we’ve got Ashley, Mickey, and Vince on the Block with Ashley seemingly pretty safe and Vince or Mickey a tempting target. We’ll be watching for conversations over the next two days to see where things are leaning but this is a big vote because it decides which last HG does not make the Jury.

Jury Management isn’t just about keeping good enough relationships with the Jurors, it’s also about eliminating Jurors who might not ever consider you or just seem inclined to make a poor choice. That was a concern for several HGs who wanted to eliminate Kelley and Lauren before they could make it to a Jury spot (if not the F2 – who wouldn’t love to drag Lauren along with them?). Lauren because of her indecisiveness, which she keeps hearing and can’t decide if that’s an insult or not. Kelley because she seems a little bit flippant and indifferent. But now both have secured a spot on either side of the screen for finale night.

So will it be Vince, Ashley, or Mickey who misses their chance at that stipend with a trip to the Jury House or the big prize of the season? Vince was crying and pleading to avoid this situation and I gotta think it’s part of an act for him. Of course everyone wants to stay, but his tears are so over the top it seems off. Meanwhile Mickey and Ashley seem a lot less stressed by the potential elimination. Of course Mickey doesn’t think she’s in any danger (she is) and the same for Ashley (she probably isn’t).

Whichever two HGs survive Thursday night will be part of the F9 of the season and will be out there one way or the other when the confetti falls. Meanwhile the unlucky evictee will be just shy of this important milestone in the season.

Who do you think will go home next and miss being part of the last half of the season? Vote now and make your pick!
