Big Brother 27 Live Feeds: The Great Vince Lie of Week 7

Vince found himself in a gooey situation this week. He, along with Ava, played a major role in determining whether Morgan or Rylie would leave the game. Before the eviction, Ava wanted to keep Rylie. Additionally, Mickey had been telling Katherine and Rylie that she would vote out Morgan instead of him. The showmance felt confident that Rylie would stay over Morgan.

It was always a risky scenario because Morgan and Vince had a close bond for most of the game. Sheโ€™s his second closest ally after Lauren. It would not have been the greatest move to lose her this week. However, Vince was doing his Vince thing and telling people conflicting information. He told Rylie he would keep him. He told Morgan that he would vote to keep her, despite it potentially ruining his game.

This vote also seemed to lean heavily on Avaโ€™s shoulders. Vince knew that she could vote one way and sway it to one side or another. Based on some of his conversations, like telling Lauren that it would be okay if they voted differently this week, it seemed like Vince always wanted to vote for Morgan to stay.

He also asked Morgan whether she would be angry if he voted her out. He wanted them to maintain a friendship outside the game. She reassured him that they would remain friends. Morgan just requested that he not blindside her, and to confirm that he would vote to keep her this week. Nevertheless, despite signs pointing to Vince keeping Morgan over Rylie, you never know.

At some point, Vince decided to keep Morgan, and Mickey and Ava did the same. We did not see on the Big Brother Live Feeds or during the live show what happened to lead to this decision. I am sure we will find out more on Sundayโ€™s episode. However, we donโ€™t believe the narrative that Vince has been spinning.

As of Friday night, Vince has told Kelley, Keanu, Katherine, and Lauren that he was manipulated and tricked into voting out Rylie. According to Vince, on Thursday morning, Rachel and Mickey came up to him and said that Ava and Mickey were voting to keep Rylie. Therefore, he had the votes to stay without Vince’s vote.

They thought that he should give Morgan a sympathy vote, not to hurt her. He implied that they said he could jeopardize his real-life friendship with Morgan by not voting to keep her. Vince said this really upset him, and thatโ€™s the main reason why he wants Rachel or Mickey out this week.

However, we already know that Vince recently formed The Judges, which includes Rachel. Morgan also tried to make sure he didnโ€™t nominate Rachel this week. Additionally, we also saw during the live show, Vince try to flip Keanu to also vote out Rylie.

Therefore, most of the evidence points to this being a lie. Now, we cannot 100 percent confirm it because feeds may not have shown it, but the fact that Vince doesnโ€™t seem angry with Rachel or Mickey for tricking him, but targeting Mickey for other reasons, makes this seem like a complete fabrication.

Vince has also, for most of the season, played into the idea that Rachel is a very intimidating player. This possible lie helps continue that storyline. We also know that Vince betrayed Keanu, Kelley, Lauren, and Kat. If he didnโ€™t win the wall comp, he was likely Katโ€™s target. Therefore, this seems like an entire scheme to win them back.

Kelley, Keanu, Lauren, and Kat have been acting like they believe this story, but heโ€™s the current Head of Household, so they canโ€™t necessarily challenge him on it this week. Itโ€™s a smart lie by Vince because these players already see Mickey and Rachel as manipulators and devious players.

So itโ€™s an easy lie to sell to them. However, itโ€™s very risky if those four ask others about Vinceโ€™s story. Heโ€™s also added some details after each retelling. These details align, but if youโ€™re going to sell a lie, you need to make sure you donโ€™t forget the details.
