With the new Head of Household set for Week 8 of Big Brother 27 we are now seeing a solidifying of power and control with the return of the previously short-lived duo, The Frenemies.
Yes, Keanu and Rachel appear to have rekindled their Big Brother alliance for potentially another week of safety for the returning HG Rachel and the seemingly isolated comp beast Keanu. Overnight the two sat down in the backyard and had a much different conversation than the groveling Vince who begged and pleaded with Keanu not to send him to the Block.
After that talk with Vince Keanu knew he had been running conversations and information back to other HGs. Of course we know that last week Rachel was doing the same thing when she confronted Vince over what she had told Keanu, but for some reason Keanu is ready to forgive and forget when it comes to Rachel.
Talking in the yard overnight Rachel told Keanu, “I guess I can forgive you since you said you’re going to keep me safe this week and you are trying to build trust. And you did clean the shower. Keanu replies, “I’d like to think that not putting you on the Block supersedes cleaning the shower, but I feel like the shower was a good start.”
Keanu goes on to ask Rachel if this means they’re working together again. Rachel says yes, if that’s what he wants to happen and Keanu agrees it is. Rachel apologizes for what she did, but Keanu is quick to tell Rachel that she didn’t do anything that made him question their trust.
So there we go. Keanu and Rachel, together again as The Frenemies duo. And from what we heard on the Feeds last night it really does seem like Keanu is sincere about this at least for his HOH week. We have more on his nomination plans here and Rachel does not appear to be part of that strategy, not even as a renom.
