The Big Brother 26 finale is just two days away, which means we will soon know who the next winner of Big Brother is. Will it be Ashley, Morgan or Vince? Let’s take a closer look at each of the Final 3 and see who has built the best resume to win BB27.
Ashley
If you asked me at the start of the season if Ashely would make it to the Final 3, I would have laughed and said no. From her showergate moment to playing a little too dumb, I really didn’t think Ashely had what it takes to get this far. But she did show some strategy and finally got a read on the house at the end. Unfortunately she never got into any kind of real power to make any bold or even obvious moves.
Can Ashely Win Big Brother 27? I think it’s a strong no against Morgan. But an “eehhhh maybe” against Vince. That’s because he has burned everyone in the jury (some multiple times) and Ashely has not. Ashley had a pretty solid social game at the end of the day. So she might have more of an argument to win that you might think.
Does Ashley Deserve To Win Big Brother 27? I was very entertained by Ashely and if she had made it to the end sitting next to Ava, then sure, Ashley would deserve to win. But sitting next to Morgan or Vince, I can’t say that she would be deserving. Again, very much entertained by her, but as a Big Brother purist, I just can’t say yes. I won’t say absolutely not, but I am no where near pulling out a yes.
Morgan
Morgan has had a complete Big Brother arc. Out of the gate she seemed like the woman to beat. I mean she’s a gamer after all. But then a couple of weeks in, she started making really bad decisions, like turning on one of your strongest allies for no real reason. And then she had this thing with Zach. It was all just not good. But then Rachel nominated her and that changed her whole game. Literally, the best thing that happened to Morgan in the game was landing on the block. Ever since then, Morgan has been going full throttle.
Can Morgan win Big Brother 27? Absolutely. Morgan has been running the game since Rachel left. She’s won competition after competition, she’s made all the right moves and is now sitting in the best spot. As long as she gets to those final 2 seats, she can and will win Big Brother 27. As I said, she has a whole game arc. She has a story. She faced adversity. She won competitions. She stayed loyal (after that whole Jimmy thing, anyway).
Does Morgan Deserve To Win Big Brother 27? She 100 percent does. Of the Final 3, she deserves to win the most. She has the best resume and can even take credit for half of what Vince has put on his resume. And I think everyone knows that she’s been running both their games. She would have to completely blow her speech and lie about having so much control over Vince. And even then I don’t think anyone would believe her. She’s got it in the bag.
Vince
Vince won the first Head of Household and managed to not go completely off the rails as many first HOHs do in modern Big Brother. And soon after that, it pretty much became the Vince show. He was aligned with nearly everyone and no one seemed to notice or care. He had some kind of social game like I’ve never seen. He could backstab someone one day and they’d come running back the next. It was truly bizarre. But it did eventually catch up to him and he had to rely more on Morgan and his alliance than all his Final 2 deals.
Can Vince Win Big Brother 27? I am not sure. I don’t think he can. I think he burned the jury way too many times. And I think no one will believe him when he says to the jury that he did not play Morgan’s game. Because he most certainly did. And all that aside, he just played very messy and he never really made any major moves other than being HOH when Keanu was evicted.
Does Vince Deserve to Win Big Brother 27? I mean he played the hell out of the game. He had almost no loyalty and made a lot of dirty moves. So, yeah he deserves to win. Not as much as Morgan. But I can’t say no. Vince played an old-school weasel-y game that doesn’t get rewarded much anymore. No one wants to see that for some reason anymore. They want sunshine and rainbows and loyalty. And clean gameplay is respectful, but Big Brother can be played any way you want. And if you can play a dirty game and get away with it, good job. Vince didn’t get away with it, so that hurts his chances. But I would vote for Vince over Ashley.
So if you were keeping an invisible score, here’s how I would rank the Top 3:
- 1 Morgan. She’s going to win and should win.
- 2 Vince. It’s a long shot against Morgan, but if he ended up next to Ashley, it’s a maybe.
- 3 Ashely. I’m going to have to say she doesn’t have a chance because she won’t make it to the Final 2. But if she does, she has her first real talking point.
