Big Brother 27 Episode 32 Recap: Zings And Ultimatums

On tonightโ€™s episode of โ€œCheater Island,โ€ sorry, I mean Big Brother 27, we finally got to see how Vince handles Final 2 love triangle.

The episode kicks off right after Willโ€™s eviction. The house is somber, and Lauren is busy convincing herself that her HOH was a success. But the real spotlight quickly shifts to Vince and Morgan, complete with a montage of their moments together. Kelley points out that Vince never makes time for anyone but Morgan, and Keanu chimes in with the term โ€œemotional cheating.โ€ He even jokes, โ€œWhat show are we on, Cheating Island?โ€ Kelley takes it straight to Vince, who brushes it off and insists nothing is happening.

Then the doorbell rings, and in comes Zingbot, ready to roast everyone. Of course, he has something to say about Vince and Morgan:

โ€œMorgan, what do you call someone who lights up when Vince enters the room, gives him long passionate hugs, and warm, affectionate cuddles? His girlfriend.โ€

The rest of the zings go something like this:

  • Vince is a crybaby who still lives at home

  • Kelley is creepy

  • Lauren is boring

  • Ava has no fashion sense

  • Keanu has troll feet

  • Ashley is forgettable except for her shower habits

Morgan is not amused. She calls her zing lame and insists her friendship with Vince is nothing more. Keanu, however, points out that while Vince and Morgan might not see it, everyone else in the house does. Vince shrugs again, deciding itโ€™s better to focus on the upcoming HOH competition.

We move to the HOH competition, which is a classic true or false booth setup. The houseguests watch a video and then answer questions about what they saw. The competition runs through several rounds: everyone scores in the first, Morgan Ashley Vince and Kelley score in the second, everyone but Vince scores in the third, the fourth is a clean sweep, nobody scores in the fifth, Vince and Kelley pick up points in the sixth, and Vince is the only one to score in the seventh. That leaves Vince and Kelley tied, and in the tiebreaker Vince edges out the win. That makes three HOH wins for him this season if you are keeping track.

Morgan wastes no time telling Vince that she wants Lauren on the block since Lauren has never touched the nomination chairs. Vince pushes back. In his confessional he explains that his main priority is protecting Morgan and Lauren, and he is also fine with keeping Keanu around. His preference would be to see Ava or Kelley walk out the door. Morgan is not happy with that and spends most of the day working on him, trying to convince him that Lauren is the right move. Vince finally asks Lauren herself if she would be willing to go up, and she flatly says no. That leaves Vince pouting and whining about what to do, which has basically become his signature move.

At the nomination ceremony, Vince decides to side with Lauren and puts up Ava, Kelley, and Keanu. This does not sit well with Morgan. She calls Lauren his weakness and points out that if the veto is used, Vince will be forced to nominate someone from their alliance. Morgan tells him directly that this is proof he is putting Lauren ahead of her, and it creates real tension between them.

The veto draw brings even more drama because both Morgan and Lauren are picked to play, joining Vince, Ava, Kelley, and Keanu. That means Vince now has both of his girls in the competition.

The competition itself is the balance challenge where players must place balls on a teetering beam without letting it tip over. It comes down to Morgan and Lauren, which feels almost too perfect, and Morgan pulls off the win. That makes her third Power of Veto of the season.

Now itโ€™s decision time. Vince all but begs Morgan not to use it, but she wants proof that heโ€™ll choose her over Lauren. At the veto ceremony, Morgan makes her move. She saves Ava, forcing Vince to finally nominate Lauren.

Morgan wins the battle, but the war is far from over. Will she now push for Laurenโ€™s eviction? You can count on it.
