Big Brother 24: The Top Moments Of Week 3

Now that we are officially into Big Brother 24 Week 4, let’s take a look back at the top moments of last week.

Big Brother 24 Week 3 Top Moments

The Leftovers alliance forms. When Turner won HOH, there was a collective gasp among the Big Brother fandom. We were sure the week was going to be predictable at best. But then The Leftovers formed and saved the entire week — if not the season. OK, I know that’s a bold statement, and probably premature, but things were starting to look bleak, folks.

Turner stands up for Taylor. Not only was Turner a part of the new alliance, he also is actually the only person to stand up for Taylor in front of the entire house. During his veto speech, Turner very matter-of-factly addressed the house on the way Taylor has been treated, and he said he wanted to put a stop to it.

Kyle and Joseph take charge. I wasn’t sure we’d get much out of Kyle or Joseph, but this week they proved me wrong. Both were instrumental in flipping the house and setting up the best blindside we’ve seen on Big Brother in quite some time. I’m actually very impressed with the way they’re currently playing the game, especially for two players I’m pretty sure were recruited and had never seen the show.

Daniel’s horrible outburst makes the show. I was happy that the Big Brother producers decided to show what went down in the bathroom between Daniel and Taylor. I mean they had to to explain this whole new alliance narrative, but I was worried people who don’t watch the Live Feeds would have no idea just how poorly Taylor has been treated. No one should talk to another human like that, especially one they barely know and are only playing a silly game with. It just really shows a lot about your character, and I hope he learns from all of this.

That blindside. From the split vote, to Nicole’s jaw hitting the floor, to The Leftovers acting shocked, that will likely be the best moment of the season. We just don’t get them like that anymore, so it was very refreshing. It’s so rare we don’t get this whole “voting with the house” and “doing what the HOH wants” garbage so this really helped turn this season around. At least for now.

Top Player of The Week

Joseph. Let’s go ahead and pick a top player of the week while we’re at it. This is a tough one because Kyle, Turner and Joseph all performed very well this week, but I’m going to go with Joseph. He was instrumental in all of this, but what sets him apart is that he was the first of that group to really say he’s sick of the way Taylor is being treated. So he showed a lot of integrity that quickly spread to Turner and Monte. Kyle was pivotal as well, and is a close second, but I have to give this honor to Joseph.
