A Saturday in the Big Brother 21 house without a Veto in sight but there was an even bigger competition this time with the second round of the three-round HOH competition. Read on to find out how the HGs spent their day preparing and the fallout from the results later that night.

10:15 AM BBT – HGs got their wakeup call.
11:45 AM BBT – HGs are hanging out and chatting.
12:10 PM BBT – Nicole worries she’s in trouble if it’s a physical competition. She’s hoping for a mental comp.
12:30 PM BBT – Naptime all around.
2:20 PM BBT – Jackson says he’s feeling anxious and worries about public perception of his behavior.
3:20 PM BBT – Nicole is playing cards while Jackson watches.
5:32 PM BBT – Jackson tells Holly he’s considering Nicole for F2.
6:00 PM BBT – HGs are tie-dying.
6:45 PM BBT – Round 2 is underway!
10:30 PM BBT – Feeds return. Nicole is crying. Holly won Round 2.
10:32 PM BBT – Jackson says he’s glad he didn’t throw R1 to Holly because he wouldn’t have known some of the R2 questions.
10:35 PM BBT – Jackson goes to check on Nicole. Feeds cut.
11:10 PM BBT – Jackson points out to Holly one of them will win a half-million dollars. Holly wonders if a showmance has ever reached F2 together. (Yes, BB7 with Boogie & Erika.)
11:11 PM BBT – Holly complains that she felt the competition wasn’t fair because Nicole would have known one of the questions about clowns. Feeds cut.
11:25 PM BBT – Holly warns Jackson not to win R3 and take Nicole over him. She suggests they walk out together no matter who wins.
11:30 PM BBT – Jackson worries to Holly that his actions in the last two weeks may have cost him the win. Holly encourages him that Cliff will vote based on gameplay, not personal.
11:35 PM BBT – Jackson says after 99 days he’s going to walk out with his best friend.
11:37 PM BBT – Holly says it’d make more sense for her to take Nicole to the end but she won’t because she’s here because of them working together.
11:45 PM BBT – Jackson speculates at least half the viewers are disappointed in these results.
2:00 AM BBT – HGs still up and lounging.
2:25 AM BBT – Jackson works on Nicole’s vote and promises her everything he’s said has been truthful and he values her.
2:30 AM BBT – Nicole remains frustrated and wanted to do this perfectly but didn’t.
2:45 AM BBT – Jackson tells Nicole about his strategy this season to try and keep a bigger target in the game when he could.
3:10 AM BBT – Nicole is crying and talking with Jackson.
3:30 AM BBT – Nicole mentions she had to buzz in three times to get it right and had switched a correct answer in the process.
3:50 AM BBT – Jackson gets upset that the cameras are following him while he wants to pray.
4:15 AM BBT – F3 still hanging around and chatting.
4:30 AM BBT – Lights are finally out for the night.
While Holly and Jackson might toy with the idea of not taking the other they are 100% going to do just that. Our F2 is set and it won’t include Nicole as she’s set to go out at F3. Few more days to burn before we’re at finale night and a winner is crowned.
