Big Brother 13 Premiere Updated and Schedule Confirmed

Back in late March Julie Chen went on the Late Late Show and announced the Big Brother 13 start date was July 6, 2011. This week CBS corrected that premiere date with a press release. Oops. It’s okay, Julie. We all still love ya!

BB13 will officially premiere on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 9PM ET/PT.

CBS also confirmed the summer schedule as we previously reported it (thanks to Big Brother Access):
  • Thursdays (live evictions) 9-10PM ET/PT starting 7/7/11
  • Sundays 8-9PM ET/PT starting 7/10/11
  • Wednesdays 8-9PM ET/PT starting 7/13/11

Now that the application process is over for Big Brother 13 we know that Kassting Inc is working hard at selecting the very best cast possible. Robyn Kass says they’ll notify all finalists by the end of May and we should expect a short announcement around the same time to confirm casting is completed.

  1. Hey Matt, if you don’t mind me correcting you, the schedule’s actually slightly different. According to the press release, evictions on Thursdays are on at 9-10 ET/PT, and Wednesday shows are from 8-9 ET/PT.
    Looks like this is mostly to keep the Criminal Minds pair and Thursday comedy hour intact.

  3. Lord I am so glad Big Brother will be back on in July I WAS HOPING TO GET ON THE SET MAYBE ONE DAY!! now my night’s along will be fill with the new show BIG BROTHER 13……YEA

  6. Hey Matt! When do you predict that we will know who is on the show…possibility by the end of this month???

    • CBS will reveal the names and faces of the BB13 cast about a week before the season premiere, so we won’t know until the start of July.

  7. This is my favorite reality show, can’t wait. Wish it was year round.

  8. The only problem having the shows on back-to-back nites is that on Wed they show us the POV comp but in reality the POV comp is done on Sundays so too much time passes by till it airs….the best schedule should be Thurs/Tues/Sun….

    so people its best to get the Feeds so u can stay updated…. :-)

    • Also, what does the house look like this season? Every season the house looks a little bit different!!!!

        Jaime…the house hasnt changed since BB6 when it became a 2 story house, but ur right every yr they change the decor of it, to make it look different….the change will be depending what the Theme will be this year…..

  11. 1 time I heard Julie chen say that the TWIST should be to put the house guests’s MOMS in the game!!! LoL did u know the CHENbot was smart??????

    • Also I think Craig Ferguson ( Late Late Show host should talk to house guests again like back in 08!!!!! Craigy is funnnnny!!!!!!

        i used to love the Ferguson show on Wed nite with Julie…remember how he used to diss Jesse all the time, lol… :-)

  13. I bought the live feeds, now how do I get them on my IPad2. Said it would be available today but I sure can’t get them. Help please
