Tonight On ‘Big Brother 19’: Week 4 Live Eviction & HoH Comp

Tonight on Big Brother 19 we’ll get our next live eviction as the Houseguests are ready to send this week’s target out of the Big Brother House and while it won’t be a blindside for everyone, the target may still be in for a surprise.

Big Brother host Julie Chen outside the BB18 house

The votes have been settled for days now as Jessica likely won’t be getting her way on the eviction. While we were poised to earn ourselves a nice little blindside again for the HoH couple, Kevin went and ruined that fun last night. Yep, he tipped off Jessica that the house had flipped, though really it had always been this way. There’s no point in struggling against it and instead we’ll see a drawn out, unhappy eviction yet again for this pair who knows how to win the power, but not how to wield it.

For the next Head of Household competition the HGs were sent to study images on the Memory Wall suggesting we’ll get a True/False or A/B style HoH comp tonight on the show. That means we’ll likely have the winner and new Noms-controller revealed by the end of the night. HGs were up late studying so it’ll be interesting to see how this goes. Who do you think will win it?

  1. I want to see Josh win. This is DEFINITELY the week for Josh to win and put up JODY. It’s going to result in Jess using her temptation to save them from eviction, but it will still be a VERY entertaining week. I keep having this feeling that the curse is going to be double eviction night. I guess we’ll have to see what it ends up being. The reason it feels like a double eviction is we are going to find out tonight what it is, and to me that means at the very start of the show… “The curse is a double eviction”… What else do you think it could mean that we wait for eviction night to find out? Regardless… IF tonight is a double eviction, I’d love to see Ramses evicted, Josh win HOH and put up Jody and Jess uses her temptation.

    • double eviction is a standard especially with a battle back. The curse has to be something else. Something horrible like Mr. Pectacular coming back.

    • The curse is something the whole house has to endure. A DE is coming but not this week, maybe next week. Jessica would be stupid to use the HH this week to save Ramses but I would understand if she did. That would show she has a heart and it just might get her some browny points with the rest of the HG’s by doing so.

      • she would get some brown points if she uses the HH for Ramses..but don’t think Paul is counting them at this point…when it relates to Jody.

      • She needs to keep it for herself and not waste it on Cody. He continues to hurt her game

      • My point exactly. It would be a waste to use it on Cody but if they are up there together I expect her to use it to save both.

      • Jessica would only do that with Cody’s blessing. He is ruining her game.

      • She told him last night that if he was on the block after the VETO, she would use it on him and He Accepted it. WTF is she thinking.

    • I don’t think Josh is capable of winning even if production slips him the answers two days in advance.

    • If it were a double eviction curse it would probably apply next week. They’d want to advertise it ahead of time to get maximum ratings. I don’t see a double happening tonight.

  2. I know Julie usually tells us and last year (so Paul) they were a week early in guessing for a double eviction so that is probably next week, but because there is usually one, then even though I had initially thought the curse was a double eviction, I think the curse is probably the rewind. So, when and if the eviction is halted, instead of just passing on the next week, then they do the rewind, which means there is probably an eviction done that is revealed in Sunday’s show. Its just the rewind was exciting the first time around in season 16 just because Frankie was being super annoying and you just knew something had to be done dramatically about him. As the lines have been revealed, a rewind in the next two weeks might be interesting.

As much as I am not rooting especially for anyone, which is making this very interesting, I hope that the current Paul side of the house sees the value in the plan that is putting Jessica and Mark up or Cody and Elena and replacing either with the other half of the respective showmance if necessary that way it makes Jessica’s temptation a real temptation. She either has to use it to save herself, though I don’t think she’d be necessarily in danger against Mark and really only against Elena if Alex takes the initiative in choosing the evictee which she might two weeks from now, but I’m not sure yet, or to save Cody, who would be in danger against either of Marlena, but it is unlikely she will have the option to save them both at once.

  3. Too bad Kevin had to spill the beans. That be something if Josh won HOH–I just don’t think that will happen. I’m thinking maybe Paul might win.

  4. Here is what I would like to see. Josh or Christmas winning HOH, putting up one of each showmance of Mark, Elena, Cody and Jessica. ie: Mark and Jessica, Cody and Elena…… if one of them wins then put up their showmance partner to ensure that the other one votes to evict the other one’s partner so they can save their own. One thing that makes me want Josh to win more than Christmas is so if Cody isn’t on the block and gets picked )as long as Christmas isn’t playing) that Christmas can replace Cody if he isn’t a nominee. The best couple to be on the block are Mark and Jessica.

  5. How can anyone stand to watch Jos. He acts like an immature stupid baby….I thought I couldn’t stand him anymore than I already do but after last night I can and I do. It almost makes me not even want to watch tonight just because he is going to act like a moron…funny thing is they are keeping him as their schtoop it’s not like they want him around for anything but their patsy….

    • I think they want him around until…Jessica, Cody and Mark are gone at least…Paul uses him to taunt them and throw them off their game….and to keep his group together.

      • Well I hope, using Josh’s obvious mental-deficiencies to harass and bully other player blows right the F up in Paul’s smug face! Gnome Beard and all!

    • I can’t stand him too, it was in the news that a local Miami guy will be in big brother this season, when I seen him I wasn’t interested and as soon as he opened his mouth, ugh I can’t believe I’ll be watching him this season. It’s surprising some people enjoy watching him when what he’s doing is much like bullying. He’s the typical bully anyway a big guy but when somebody shuts him down he’ll go crying.

  6. How long do you think it will take for Paul and company to figure out it was Kevin who told Jess about the blindside?

    • Too long, they should have all realized how shady he is by now. Alex and Jason are on to him about the hinky votes and $25k, Paul for some reason doesn’t see how shady Kevin is …. yet

      • Yes Kevin told him but Paul hasn’t seemed to realize how shady Kevin is and that he’s playing both sides. Paul seems to think that Kevin is only playing his (Paul’s)side.

      • I agree Paul seems blinded by Kevin going behind his back so far. I think if Jessica is in a difficult spot she may spill the beans about Kevin telling her at some point. Kevin has avoided the spotlight imo only because Paul has constantly backed him. If Paul ever catches wind of what he’s doing Kevin’s game could blow up fast.

      • No, I disagree. Kevin finally pick a side – Jody’s, and not Paul’s – where he can finally play his game. Paul’s game is about to get “blown up” not Kevin’s.

      • Shady? You mean smarter and not some star-struck poser/lemming!

Kevin’s finally decided to start playing the game!

  7. I guess Kevin felt sorry for Jess….didn’t want her to be totally blindsided tonight…he knows she meant well with the noms…so he gave her a heads up….guess he likes her on a personal level.

      • In fact, he is trying to flush out her Halting Hex. He doesn’t understand exactly what it is (Jess lied to him anyway).

      • I’m not sure he’s thinking strategically that way, Kevin is out to cover his bases in case Cody wins HoH. He seems to believe what Jess told him about the HH and he’s worried.

      • You think that was his motive? I think he sincerely felt bad for her so that’s why he told her. He has young daughters, and because Jessica is from Boston I believe Kevin was almost looking at Jessica like a daughter and he didn’t want to see her get blindsided. But, you would know way more than I would because you are a lifer LOL you watch the live feed’s, followed Twitter and I think you watch BB After Dark?

  8. Tonight we will find out what the curse is. So to put all theory’s to rest, the curse will happen whether Jessica use’s the Halting Hex tonight or not.

Now what does the curse consist of? Some think it means a DE. Others feel it is only get used if Jessica use’s the HH. I say no to either one of those because next week or the week after is when the DE will happen. It all evens out with the start of Jury House. Secondly, the curse happens regardless if the DoT is used or not. Remember we saw that Ramses was told prior to Paul having to reveal his Temptation that he had to put himself up on the block in one of the next three eviction’s. Jessica, Cody and Jason had to wear that silly frog costume the week Cody was evicted and Christmas still hasn’t used her DoT.

This new curse affects the whole house so what could it be? Could it be that some votes are thrown out tonight before they reveal who gets evicted? Could the whole house wear a goofy costume? Could the whole house be a Have Not for the week? Can the votes be reversed after they are cast and send Josh home? So many things it can be and we will find out tonight.
