Big Brother 15 Episode 35 Recap: A Season Retrospective

| September 15, 2013 at 10:25 PM EDT

Big Brother 15 - Final 3 Memory Lane Brunch

Sunday night’s episode of Big Brother 15 was a retrospective, or as I like to call them boring clip shows. We did get a little (very little) of relevancy peppered in here and there.

The episode picks up right after GinaMarie cast the sole vote to evict McCrae. Andy is worried about McCrae turning jury against him and Spencer is making jokes about having survived more nominations than anyone in Big Brother history. Hey, Spencer, that’s not exactly a fete when you were the target NONE of those times. A professional pawn is not something to be proud of.

And because CBS thinks we need to AGAIN see The Exterminators reveal their secret alliance to McCrae, we get to see more footage of that. Andy explained step-by-step how The Exterminations came together and how they’ve gotten Aaryn, Elissa and Amanda out and are now about to get him out as well. Judd was just a casualty of friendly fire, so to speak.

Big Brother 15 Tonight – Episode 35 Final HoH Competition Begins

| September 15, 2013 at 2:46 PM EDT

Big Brother 15 Julie Chen Final 3

Note: CBS says tonight’s BB15 will air 50 mins late in East & Central timezones due to sports delays. West coast broadcast will be on time. Adjust your DVRs accordingly.

Big Brother is back tonight for its final Sunday episode with just two shows left this season. After Thursday’s elimination of McCrae the Exterminators were left to face off in a 3-part final HoH competition where there can be only one!

Tonight’s episode will feature the first round of that final battle and as far as endurance competitions go, well let’s just say this episode without commercials would still last longer than these three HGs did on Thursday night. Weak sauce.

If you’ve been following along on our Big Brother spoilers then you already know who won Round 1 and which two HGs were left to face off in Round 2. Of course we now know even more as Round 2 was completed very late last night and we have those spoilers here as well. The second round won’t air until Wednesday’s show and we didn’t get to watch any of it so there’s still plenty more to discover.

Along with watching the endurance competition in tonight’s show we’ll also be treated to a walk down memory lane as Andy, GinaMarie, and Spencer enjoy a nice brunch, a little champagne, and reminiscence of Big Brother days gone by. So yes, that part is going to be a clip show, but those can still be fun. Sometimes. Hopefully.

Join us tonight during the show to share your thoughts here with other fans and then check out our recap later tonight. The season finale is almost here!

The very well-rested, final three HGs had a slow but important day. After sleeping most the day away the third and final round of the Final HoH was held late in to the night and ran over in to Big Brother After Dark by about 80 minutes. We know now the winner of the second competition and are ready for what to expect on Wednesday night when two HGs face off and the third watches as the Final Two is formed.

Read about those moments and others on our Live Feed highlights below. And remember to sign-up now for the Big Brother Feeds so you can watch any of these moments by using the Flashback archive feature.

Big Brother HoH

The final Big Brother 15 Head of Household competition consists of three parts. First, an endurance competition. Second, a physical and knowledge based comp. Third, a battle to see who can fit the most gummy bears in their mouth. Wait, that can’t be right. No matter, the second round is over and we have your results.

The winner of Round 2 has been revealed and it decides which HG faces off against the winner of Round 1 during Wednesday night’s Big Brother finale event.

Big Brother 15 Week 11 Player Rankings

| September 14, 2013 at 2:50 PM EDT

BB15-Week-11-rankings

There’s a lot to look at since last week’s Big Brother 15 player rankings. We’ve got two Heads of Housholds, two vetoes and two evictions to consider. And in between, not a lot of game. So this might be the hardest rankings for me yet.

But let’s get to it.

Big Brother 15 Week 11 Player Rankings

1. Andy. He has continued to keep his plan afloat and after winning the last Head of Household and veto, he solidified his final three plan by sending McCrae home. And to be honest, Andy should be able to win against either Spencer or GinaMarie in the final two and he knows it. I think his best shot is to win against Spencer and again, he knows that also.

2. McCrae. I don’t normally rank evicted housguests this high, but this is a special case. McCrae won the veto when he was 100 percent going home. It only bought him  a few extra days instead of a week because of the speed-up, but it was still a very important moment for him. But as we know, his luck stopped there.
