As far as I'm concerned, it's too late for him to hold a press conference. He single handedly tarnished his own reputation, went into seclusion, then rehab and only now wants to talk about it. He's become the butt of jokes so whatever he has to say will just not be all that big of a deal.
He likes sex and lots of it with many other women that aren't legally married to him. In my eyes, he's another worthless celebrity who thought he could get away with whoring around, except he forgot to clear his phone and got busted big time and in a very dramatic and public way.
