‘Big Brother Over The Top’ Starts Next Week On All Access

Big Brother’s summer season ends this week but the series returns next week on Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016 with the premiere of Big Brother Over The Top, a new online-only series set to run exclusively on your Live Feeds through CBS’s All Access.

The new series is a branch off from Big Brother’s core summer series and will be held exclusively online with a lot of fun improvements for the new series. Don’t worry, Big Brother 19 will be back on TV for the summer of 2017. Best of all, things get started for BBOTT just days after the end of this season!

Since the BBOTT series is exclusively online that means there will be no episodes on CBS TV but instead we’ll get weekly live eviction shows online every Wednesday night at 10PM ET (7PM PT) so everyone will be watching the same show at the same time. There’s also not going to be separate episodes for nominations and the Power of Veto. Those will all be shown live on the Feeds as they happen.

We’ve heard from producer Heath Luman that competitions typically blocked out will be shown 100% and CBS has promised “no scheduled blackouts” which is great. That means instead of waiting seven hours for Feeds to return from the PoV comp we’ll get to see things play out live with immediate results. I imagine this will dictate some changes in the comps selected as well.

If you’re already a Feedster with an active All Access subscription then you’re set and ready to go. If you’re new to watching Big Brother online then you’ll need to sign up for the Free Trial that gets you the first week free and renews at the rate of $5.99 each month. Whenever you’re done and want to cancel you just click the button in your online account at CBS’s website.

Don’t worry about having to crowd around your computer screen or phone to watch Big Brother Over the Top either. It will actually be really easy to watch BBOTT on your TV just like you can with Netflix streaming and on-demand video services. We’ve detailed out instructions on how to watch All Access on your regular TV using devices like Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and a plenty more.

Remember that by signing up for All Access through our links and banners you are supporting the site and our efforts to keep our Big Brother fan community going so thank you very much for your support.

  1. If comps, POV, and noms will be shown live, will there be an edited down version of them available to watch later if we miss it when it happens? Or is it tough luck if you miss it live? I’ve never had feeds before so I’m unfamiliar.

    • Since we have Flashback available if it’s on the Feeds like the say then you’ll be able to rewind and watch it again. That Flashback feature works like a DVR of sorts. Just pick the day, hour/min, & camera view then it goes there and you watch away.

  2. Anyone else have little faith in CBS delivering on their promise to show comps, noms, etc in their entirety? I’m not completely believing it. I will be watching and I hope they come through with the big talk. No more Jeffish!

  3. Sounds like fun! Let’s do this!

I just hope that there will be flashback so that those of us who happen to be busy at 7 p.m. on a Wednesday night you can watch it slightly later like at 10 p.m. if we need to.

  4. I’m not American and I don’t live in America. I’ve only been watching BB through torrent downloads since season 16… I wonder how I can catch up with this… ?

(I hate our local edition of Big Brother. I’d prefer this and BBCAN.)

      • Yes, but I can only watch the pilot episodes for each season. Other episodes are blocked in my location.

      • Sorry to hear that. If you suscribe to the live feeds, you can get every single season, it is pretty cheap, only $6 a month.

      • Sadly, CBS Access is not available outside the US. :( I guess I’ll find a way to watch when the fall season has already started. Thanks, man!

    • That’s too bad..but you’re talking about ‘over the Top season, you might have to do torrent downloads again. Delayed a lil bit, I’m sure there will be some, like ‘eviction/HoH comps, not feeds though…and I would check around online for some sources.

  5. I love Paul’s speech except the end giving Nicole a shout out. She didn’t deserve or earned honor from any player besides Cory. She stabbed all her allies in the back. She’s was a very selfish antisocial player was glued to a showmace. Maybe being a 23y/o pretty girl is her best strategy. They forgive her so easily. It baffles my mind. I would send her to third place if I were in the position just out of spite.

  6. I’ve been on the fence about BBOTT, but I think I’ll give it a shot. I mean, why not? I have the feeds, anyway. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

  7. So there wont be episodes around nomination and vetoes? That sucks because my grandfather isn’t very good with the live feeds and he probably won’t be interested in watching if there aren’t episodes that recap (he’s a TV-only viewer) :/ so what about DR sessions? Are those not happening this season then?
