‘Big Brother 20’ Live Feeds: Kaitlyn Burns Her Bridges

Kaitlyn Herman on Big Brother 20

Since the Big Brother season started just a few weeks ago Kaitlyn Herman has flailed around in grand fashion delivering Feeds Gold more often than many of us expected. There was the boy-crazy fueled jealously outburst that lead her to turn on Faysal and Haleigh before sending Steve out, only to scramble back to them. Soon after she flipped on her original alliance again by Backdoor’ing their ally Swaggy, before yet again scrambling back to them. There’s no end in sight and it’s a glorious mess for our front row seats.

Monday wasn’t a particularly good day for Big Brother 20’s Kaitlyn Herman but unless Grandpa Lou starts sending her “hits” she may not see how rough her Big Brother outlook is at this point. With her treachery on both sides of the house, Kaitlyn has few allies left in the game as everyone seems ready for her interview with Julie Chen.

Starting the parade of hits on Monday for Kaitlyn was her talk with Scottie. Flashback to 11:13 AM BBT 7/16 to watch as Kaitlyn tells Scottie that she was the vote who flipped and evicted Steve. She is blaming Tyler then blaming herself then faulting Tyler before saying it was all her doing. Kaitlyn is thrilled with what she’s telling Scottie who soon has to make his Veto decision. Poor timing, but she survives the situation and Scottie says he isn’t upset at her. But can he really feel like she’s trustworthy again in this game?

Jump forward to 6:54 PM BBT as Angie and Bayleigh discuss their challenges with Kaitlyn. Angie says she’s erratic and they need to do something about her. She suggests to Bayleigh that a Backdoor against Kaitlyn would be the perfect solution. Keep in mind that Kaitlyn feels she’s back in good with this side of the house. The very side that thinks she needs to be Backdoor’d. Well, at least she’s still got Tyler’s support right? Uh oh.

Move again to 11:10 PM BBT with Sam and Tyler speaking privately on the backyard couches. Sam lets Tyler know that word of her power has spread and its power has grown immensely in the retellings. Sam lets him know she was told her power can actually punish people who vote against her. Tyler realizes it was obviously Kaitlyn who is spreading this since that was the lie he told her in the first week to convince her to flip her vote. Tyler hangs his head and says that Kaitlyn needs to go. He’s fearful of the damage she’ll continue to do to their games.

At this point, I’m not sure either side of the Big Brother 20 house will give Kaitlyn shelter but perhaps she’ll find safety in the idea that no one wants her and no one thinks she can win. That can become a powerful tool to keep yourself around. Sort of a failing upward approach to the game. Seems like a perfect match for Kaitlyn.

Considering the daily flaming mess that is Kaitlyn’s game, I’m hoping we’re lucky enough to have her last a good bit longer on Big Brother 20. I just wouldn’t be surprised if the HGs get so sick of her disastrous methods that they send her out the door in the near future. What do you think?
