Big Brother 19 Live Feeds Week 4: Monday Night Highlights

Before the end of Monday night in the Big Brother 19 house, Cody started to suspect that Paul was trying to rally votes to save Josh. Little does he know, that those votes have long been secured. Jessica thinks Cody is just getting riled up for nothing, but it’s still early, so Cody is likely to figure things out before Thursday’s potential blindside.

Catch up on Monday’s daytime Highlights Report here first before moving on to the night’s events.

Big Brother 19 Live Feed Highlights – Monday, July 24, 2017:

4:30 PM BBT – Matthew and Christmas as whispering game talk. Matthew thinks no one can beat Cody in a mental comp since he’s so dialed in during them. Christmas says she almost beat him. Matthew says it’ll be her, him, Paul, or Raven going up if they don’t win HoH. Christmas is upset that she can’t get off the house’s radar. Matthew says they’ll need to out maneuver Cody and Jessica because they probably can’t beat them out in just the comps.

4:40 PM BBT – House lockdown finally over. HGs head outside for fresh air.

4:45 PM BBT – Ramses is fulfilling his lost bet with Matthew and is wearing his clothes for 24 hours. It’s the orange shirt from Matthew’s exclusive orange shirt collection.

4:55 PM BBT – Christmas tells Ramses it sounds like the votes aren’t so locked in after she talked with Jessica earlier. She tells Ramses if it looks like a sure thing for him to stay then she may give Josh a pity vote.

5:20 PM BBT – Jessica finished up her HoH blog and tells Cody she gave his daughter a shoutout but then realized she forgot to say Hi to her own mom.

5:45 PM BBT – Kevin asks Paul if he should put up Cody and Jessica if he (K) wins HoH. Paul confirms. Paul reminds Kevin not to tell anyone the dates that they’re practicing so he doesn’t share the knowledge.

5:50 PM BBT – Jason tells Kevin he wants Christmas out because her foot makes him feel guilty.

6:25 PM BBT – HGs just hanging out, chit-chatting. Nothing going on.

7:30 PM BBT – Alex and Jason discuss what to say to Ramses when he asks about their votes this week. Talk turns to eviction order. They think Cody needs to go first, then Jessica and then maybe Josh.

8:29 PM BBT – Jessica tells Kevin that she won the Den of Temptation. She tells him that she can’t be evicted for four weeks. She’s not exactly telling him exact details of the power. Kevin tells her he won’t tell anyone. She says the punishment is for whoever tries to put her on the block (not true).

9:01 PM BBT – Christmas wraps up her leg so she can sit around the hot tub.

9:35 PM BBT – Paul and Christmas are annoyed with Mark and Elena. Christmas says they’re watching everyone for Cody and Jessica and reporting back to them. They agree their ties with Mark and Elena have been severed.

9:38 PM BBT – Paul checks in with Alex. She says everyone is solid with voting out Ramses. She said she was only concerned about Kevin, but she thinks he’s on board also.

9:42 PM BBT – Matt comes in and Paul asks him if he sees all the sketchy stuff going on with Mark and Elena. Matt says he definitely is.

9:50 PM  BBT – Matt talks to Raven about Mark and Elena being so obvious about their spying. Raven says she’s noticed also.

9:52 PM BBT – Alex tells Josh not to talk to her and Jason so that no one gets suspicious. She says Ramses is watching everyone and they can’t risk him seeing Josh talking to everyone who is supposed to be sending him home.

9:57 PM BBT – Christmas tells Josh to not worry about anything. She tells him that Mark and Elena are just trying to get information out of everyone. She tells Josh just to stick to the plan and act surprised. She also tells him not to talk smack to Cody around HOH time because it just makes Cody better at the competitions.

10:04 PM BBT – Cody and Jessica talking about ways to convince the others that Paul is a good target. They talk about putting him up against Christmas because she’d be a less juicy target since she’s injured. Talk turns to putting up Jason and Alex against each other.

10:34 PM BBT – Kevin is floating ideas by Paul about what the temptation Jessica obviously has is. He’s not telling Paul he knows she has it, but he’s asking Paul what it could be and playing dumb.

10:36 PM BBT – Kevin says it seems like production is catering everything to Cody and Jessica.

10:40 PM BBT – Cody tells Jessica Paul is probably trying to get the votes for Josh to say. He saw Paul taking Matt then Kevin in to the Lounge. She says that’s what she was afraid of. Cody says that he doesn’t think Paul will convince Kevin. Jessica tells Cody not to get riled up over seeing Paul and Matt talking. Jessica says Paul has been straight with her the past week. Cody says he doesn’t trust Paul.

11:35 PM BBT – Paul asks Mark about his game relationship with Cody. Mark says he’s still a little concerned about having turned his back on Cody the other week. He says Cody might want to work with him for a couple of weeks. Mark says there is a pair in the game that he doesn’t like how they’re playing.

11:45 PM BBT – Josh and Christmas are talking about how different Cody is after coming back. Josh says it’s like they sent in a stunt double. But they agree that he still isn’t cool with Paul being in the game.

12:10 AM BBT – Josh camtalks after hanging out with Christmas for awhile. He tells us that she is his ride or die. Josh wants Cody and Elena out, believing Mark will fall apart without them. He wants to see Jessica playing again without Cody, saying she was completely different without Cody around.

12:25 AM BBT – Josh says he hopes to make an alliance with Jason, Christmas, Paul, and Kevin. He says they’d be a lethal team together.

12:45 AM BBT – Mark tells Elena he thinks Paul is probably trying to get Cody, but he (Mark) wants Christmas and Ramses out first.

1:10 AM BBT – HGs have been heading to bed. Paul is stacking his HN bed with as much padding as he can find. The group was playing around with Josh again about his pillows. General goofing off.

2:00 AM BBT – Mark and Elena are still awake and hanging out in the backyard talking about life after Big Brother and making plans to get together.

2:50 AM BBT – Everyone has finally settled in to bed for the night.

So Cody finally realized what’s going on with the vote, or at least he’s starting to realize. Meanwhile Jessica has now taken over his role of downplaying the suspicions. Both have been right at opposite times. It’s too late now after the Veto meeting has ended and the nominations are stuck. We’ll have to see what plans are made over the next few days for any chance of swaying the majority’s plan to keep Josh over Ramses.

  1. 12:25 AM BBT – Josh says he hopes to make an alliance with Jason, Christmas, Paul, and Kevin. He says they’d be a lethal team together.

And what does Josh think her brings to that alliance? Seriously. That group sans Josh still has the chance to go far.

    • That’s what I was thinking too, only Jason and Paul can win comps, he’s so cocky to be in PAuls circle.

      • I understand what Paul and Christmas see in bringing him along, but what does Josh think he contributes?

      • Am I the only one that thinks Josh is here to add a “coming out” moment to the season? I thought this was a way for his family to find out he was gay(my opinion-no facts here). But I thought he and Ramses would hook up.

    • At this point, he provides them with a vote each week. With 13 people still in the game, you need a lot of allies. Still very valuable (for now).

  2. Cody/Jess obviously went “soft” putting up Ramses and Josh, and not really encroaching (yet) on Paul and his closest allies. Ramses is as much on Paul’s side as Cody’s side, meaning he is no danger to Paul, and seems to really have no allies. He’s useless. I realize Josh is a thorn in Cody’s side, but making war on Thursday with Cody by lying and blindsiding him is just such a dumb game move at this moment. Especially considering what Paul doesn’t know — that Cody and Jess are safe next week. If Paul voted out Josh, he could better plan on getting Cody/Jess later when they have the power. But, all Paul will do is have a super focused Cody immediately gunning for him.

    • That’s a real good point! Like riling a bear, if Josh stays in and mouths off at the elimination. What would be really great is if Cody & Jessica pretended they knew what was going on and didn’t make a stink. That would REALLY burst Paul’s bubble….ha ha

    • I don’t think so…maybe from behind the scenes.
Paul (at this time ) does not want to be the person that evicts Cody a 2nd time or Jessica a 1st time..He will let somebody else do it.. In doing this he has a better chance of getting Cody or Jessica on his side when the time is right…

      • Maybe but neither Cody or Paul can stand each other and Cody said last night on BBAD that he wants to backdoor Paul a second time. I doubt very seriously these two will ever team up but it would be a great team if they did. It won’t happen though.

    • No, I doubt it…he listens to Paul. He wont make any waves…yet. But later I think he might. Youd think one of Paul’s cult would finally wake up to the danger of Paul.

      • To evict Josh at this moment: Cody, Mark, Elena and maybe Christmas.

To evict Ramses: Paul, Matt, Raven, Jason, and Alex.

Kevin is the wild card here. If he votes to evict Josh, Jessica will break the tie and Josh goes home. If he votes to evict Ramses, then Ramses goes home. I am pretty sure Christmas has told everyone that she might throw repeat MIGHT throw Josh a pity vote and vote for Ramses. She even told that to Ramses so he won’t feel bad should he only have one vote which in a normal situation, would be a great move to help save face with Ramses should he stay.

      • Kevin is my kind of player. He actually came to win. You can tell he’s playing more game than anybody else. He’ll cut who he needs to when the time is right

    • I was hoping that too,,,,hopefully we hear what he really wants to do Wednesday in his DR confessional.

      • grrrr :-( i really hate how how it seems as tho its Paul and his Minions against Jessica and Cody.

      • lol thats how I feel…I just don’t like how they all are against Jody. On the comps how no one gave the punishment to anyone else but them. I always find myself rooting for the underdog…but this season unless its Josh! Cant stand him

      • I know right, it’s not like Jody did something to the rest of the outsiders, I know the couples don’t want Cody coz of what he did on his hoh but to think of it he was only trying to get rid of the biggest threat which is Paul. He even nominated Alex coz she said she’ll target the couples. And now everybody is siding with Paul.

  3. These people are so dumb when it comes to paul!!
Unless. They are just playing ” coy” I can believe it, especially Alex!!!

    • Teaming up with Jess/Cody would be just as bad. They are definitley taking each other to F2. At last Paul has experience. It isn’t clear who he would take yet. Might as well ride with Paul as far as they can.

      • My point is ” Paul” is a much much bigger target then the other 2 and if he somehow makes it to end u have to give him the money!! This game is about 1st place only, why would u want paul in the jury house???? He already dislikes Cody ” for good reason!!!!!!!” But when it comes right down to it ” Cody” is a better player!!!

      • “Cody is the better player!!!” lmao
Ok, agreed if you’re having a staring contest.
        Deathstare would definitely win it!

      • Ummm,
Who got back doored? Who had no clue that it was coming? Who got 8 frienship bracelets to start season? Who got 3 weeks immunity to start season?
        Notice a trend here??
Don’t get me wrong I despise Cody . But he is doing a good job of staying relevant.

      • Only for entertainment purposes, not because of his brilliance! What fool puts up a target, in his own alliance, that everybody wanted to work with? That would be Cody. Without, production’s help, Paul STILL wouldn’t have gotten evicted because votes are needed to accomplish that, Cody didn’t have them. Production just put the cherry on top of the shi- pie.

      • That’s a natter of opinion,
I think paul was dust the 1st week if “production ” didn’t put the 1st temptation geared at paul. Remember? Even Alex to this day thinks paul needs to go but can’t do it.

      • Production always rigs the game in favor of the vets the first few weeks whenever there is a vet/newbie season mix. Otherwise the vets wouldn’t stand a chance. That way they can build alliances. I don’t agree usually with how production rigs the game in favor of contestants, but in this case it’s the only way the vets wouldn’t get voted out right away. I think the easy fix to this is that there shouldn’t be a mix, seasons should be all new players or all returning players. Of course, vets are ratings gold the first few weeks of any season until America gets to know the new houseguests better.

      • If you want to go that route….
Who got evicted? Who got set up to return to the house and played a game he had already played (the maze) to win the final round? Who’s GF was given the DOT and HOH and veto to ensure Deathstare was safe…because he has no game. Who’s stupidity and lack of strategy led to the house turning against Deathstare because of the rogue BD Paul plan? (and you used that to prove Deathstare is a better player, lmao) Who didn’t want his GF not to use the veto because he is ignorant enough to think everyone will vote to evict Josh. Need more? lol
It’s all good; all in fun.

      • Lol, good AM, mg. I feel like I won the best dog in show when I get…count em…ONE, TWO, THREE snaps from you! haha

      • Hey K, you’re in fine form today.
Tennis, tomorrow. This afternoon going to be lazing in the pool with a drink in my hand. Oh, I love summer.

      • That pool sounds heavenly. I’m on my way to visit my Dad, then dead head roses, spray weeds, mow and weed eat.
I’m now using my Josh voice…you’re a meatball; enjoy your pool! lol

      • Really???
Given ‘hoh’??????? How was she given hoh? Please explain!! A women with a f-ed up foot in a cast beat half the men?
Jess was given a temptation just like Paul won one. Or is Paul different from Jess.
The other points valid, Jess should have gone with gut!:)
It’s all about who u like in game.

      • Yes, it is mostly about who you like and trying to determine what hand production plays in the manipulation. I can joke about production interfering and not let it keep me from having a good time. Hope you can, also. :)

      • lmao…If Cody was the better player Paul would have been evicted during Codys HOH…

      • UNDERSTAND this….Cody and Jessica want Josh out for personal reasons…not because he is a threat but because they don’t like him.. Bad mistake.. Paul realizes this..Paul needs to keep Jason in the house to use a shield and keep C & J off his back…Paul on the other hand sees Ramses as a threat to his game so he needs to get him out….Paul is playing smarter ..It may not win him the game but keeping Josh for now is the ace up his sleeve..

    • Paul has been on Alex’s side, so I don’t know why she would try to go against him at this point. She’s playing a great game, and I imagine she’ll go against Paul when the time is right.

    • I don’t think they are playing ‘coy’…..they are just not playing. I have never seen such a dumb bunch of BB players. Not a very exciting season at all.

    • This is why casting Paul with a bunch of dinguses is a bad idea.
      Paul NEARLY WON LAST TIME.
I think producers are like, “Ya know Paul, we know you got robbed, so here’s a second chance.”

  4. This is one of the worst seasons so far…these people mostly suck…If Josh is kept in the house I will stop watching until he is voted off on the spoiler page of this website. Really producers? what a terrible choice of casting…

    • You got that right. They casted two of the biggest dummies in big brother history, jess and Cody?

      • But at least Jess(who I cannot stand) held her own on the HOH competition. I have to give her that credit…..she was solid when everyone else crumbled.

      • That doesn’t take any digits off the dumb scale. Look at the move she made with her hoh.

    • I say this every season but i watch every damn episode lol. I think i need to finally apply and give myself a twirl in the BB House

    • I actually am enjoying this season. Lots of twists, blindsides, drama. There’s always going to be floaters every season but there’s some good players still. Can’t wait for another blindside on Thursday.

      • Lavendergirl, i am too! More drama this year than seasons past where every vote was unanimous. Yawn. I don’t like Jess-Cody but they do make for good drama in the house!

  5. I am so frustrated that players like Matt and Raven are safe – they are useless!! Also wish Josh would get blindsided, I think it’s really nasty what they are doing to Ramses.

    • Agreed, Matt & Raven are useless. They are riding coat tails for sure & asking father Paul about every single decision they make.

      • That’s sounds more like Mark and Elana to me the part about riding the coattails. I’m glad they’re on the receiving end of the blindside.

      • Nope, both can’t think for themselves. Mark & Elena just go to where ever there’s power and Matt & Raven have to consult Paul to breathe.

      • The way i look at its, Matt and Raven has chosen a side. After the blindside Thursday night, there is no turning back, a line has been drawn in the sand by Matt and Raven. I like that. Pick a side and ride out. That’s how i roll. That takes more bravery than sucking both sides d’s.

      • I feel ya, but I still think they will each float to where there’s power. I get it’s the game, but still. Matt & Raven have a slight advantage since they are not following Jody’s every move and have chosen to side with the majority (Paul & Co.).

      • If they were punks, i would have saw evidence of that this week. I was sure looking for it. They could have easily went to jody, mark, elana, kept Ramses and actually formed a pretty solid allience. That’s why I gather they are riding with Paul because they genuinely want work with them. This is where you conclude who is full of shi, they will do what Mark and elana did because there is a really good chance Cody will win hoh over Paul, Mark and elana knows this. Those are the real pu–ys.

      • It started out as these three supposed ,”power couples”, but M/E & M/R are just floating through. Disappointing.

    • Well raven aint scared of jody, so they got a few points from me this week. Unlike Mark and elana

      • Yes, that is true. But, in part, do you think that is because they aren’t on anyone’s radar (because they are so blah)?

      • No because this move will certainly draw a line in the sand. That’s how i separate floaters from ppl who are just laying low. I think they are laying low. This move lets me know they’ve picked a side. Mark and elana are TRYING to play both sides but are going to be surprised Thursday night that everyone has figured that out. Cant wait!

      • Yes, I see what you mean. I kind of feel like they are just following Paul’s orders, though.

      • Read my response to chrissy a few seconds ago and respond. Its basically the same response to your comment.

      • It would be better if you copied and pasted – you can’t expect strangers on the internet to take the time to search for your comments! Let’s just agree to disagree and see how it all plays out :) hopefully some good TV, regardless of which is us is right!

    • True, but if they kept Ramses they’re essentially giving Jody what they want. Then Ramses could’ve worked for Jody.

I wish Ramses stays but if he goes, then blame Jess for being an idiot and Cody for being a poor man’s Brendon

      • Poor man’s Brendon!!! I literally lol’d. Omg, that’s funny, but at least Brendan had somewhat of a personality. Cody is like a rock with a face painted on it. Blah blah win blah blah Jess. He’s like the mayor of Spookyville in the Nightmare Before Christmas where his head flips around to show his 2 only facial expressions. Lol!!!

    • Josh is so annoying (although sometimes good entertainment when he’s ranting against Jess-Cody) but Ramses will probably end up being a causality of the war on Jess-Cody. It’s too bad, he’s so nice! And, yes, Matt and Raven are not even relevant in this game. I expected more of Matt at least.

  6. Why does production want two d–k heads like Jess and Cody in the game.?? They are so dumb together! Get one of them out at least!

  7. “8:29 PM BBT – Jessica tells Kevin that she won the Den of Temptation. She tells him that she can’t be evicted for four weeks. She’s not exactly telling him exact details of the power. Kevin tells her he won’t tell anyone. She says the punishment is for whoever tries to put her on the block (not true).”

I hope Kevin does share these details with Paul. Paul will know that this punishement doesn’t make sense and that Jess is lying.

    • He told Jason, Jason told Christmas and Alex and later they, including Paul, were talking about it. Paul thinks Jessibel is lying about the details of the power. This was on Jokers.

      • OK good. Branden miss that or it happened after his report. Paul will know. because what Jess told Kevin is not logical, she doesn’t know how to make a good lie. LOL

      • Paul is so smart. Miles ahead of them. That would have been my first thought is she is lying about the power she has.

      • I agree, idiot. She thought maybe that if she tell them they are going to be scare to put her on the block. But we saw so many time, it usually increase your chance of ending up on the block because the other want to flush the power out.

      • Yes, why tell at all when it’s much more effective if no one knows, and worse, why then lie/exaggerate it to Kevin, making the punishment seem unbelievable. It doesn’t make sense. My guess is that she thought it would put Kevin on her side more solid in case he won, or that if the word got out prior would be too scared to nominate them at all.

    • I’m surprised that Kevin believes all of what she is saying. He’s seems like a clever guy who wouldn’t buy into that entirely.

  8. Well well well looks like Jody are starting to figure things out… after the POV, haha! Suckers!

  9. WTF is with passivity of the houseguests on the block this season? Both Josh (even though he is safe) and Jillian had people campaigning for them. Has Ramses done anything excpet ask where someone’s vote is going? I would say it’s only Tuesday, but I don’t think anything is going to change.

  10. this is the dumbest group of players I have ever seen!!!! sooooooo stupid for listening to paul he needs to go. why can’t they see that! and to not like cody because he made a power move is so stupid. no ones playing the game but paul and cody!!!!

  11. “What should we do now master Paul, what is our next move master Paul” I can almost see them chanting in the house….good grief can anyone grow a pair besides Cody and play the game for themselves….It’s like watching a cult walk into the water and drown themselves following their leader who is on a boat

  12. I would think by now word has gotten back to Cody of where Jessica’s fingers have been when he was out of the house……why is he still thinking they are are a rider or die?

  13. So if Jessica and Cody are on the Block this next week and she uses her haunting Hicks does that mean she can take them both off or just herself

      • Exactly! It will prob be a catch that will probably put their azzes right back up there.

      • I’m wondering what happens after. Let’s say Paul wins next HOH and nominates Jessica & Cody. Jessica uses the hex, eviction is canceled. In the next HOH competition, does everyone get to play? Or does Paul have to sit out because he was the last HOH? Or does Jessica have to sit out for being the last HOH that actually got to evict someone?

      • There’s something in the wording that may be the biggest twist. There wont be a LIVE eviction! Hmm? Evict their azz pretaped ha ha haaa!

      • Don’t think that is the way it works. He was HOH then, he cannot play that coming week. It would be a wasted week for him! This thing happened before in one of the seasons. I am not sure which season it was though.

      • Production will decide all of that on an “as needed” basis. Hard to change things up to fit their desired outcome if they’ve already shared all of the details. :)

      • If that happened it should restart the game .. Nobody is leaving..which would mean all could play for HOH..Then too all the details of the HEX have not come out yet..We know she can stop an eviction but is it for both noms or just 1??.. A restart of the game would involve all the HGs hence a curse..but I don’t think thats the curse..to obvious ..then I could be wrong…

      • She has to use the Halting Hex before the votes are cast. So, after the VETO ceremony, if she or Cody or both of them on the block, she can use the Halting Hex to make it a non-eviction week! So, nobody goes home that week! There is still the consequence of taking the Halting Hex which we will find out on Thursday.

      • I think that situation happened before and the HOH did not get to play in that following week. Do not remember which season it was exactly.
That could be big. Since, Jessica told Kevin, he will spread it around the Big Brother House. The plus side is they might leave Jessica and Cody alone and target someone else! There is a huge imbalance in the Big Brother House now and some on the big alliance needs to be evict to make for a more interesting and not boring game! The way it is now, go target Jessica and Cody every single week! It gets boring listening to that crap! What about the other house guests? Is anyone playing except, Paul, Jessica, Cody?

  14. It was a wasted week last week. They should have voted out Jess then. I knew they would blow it and that Cody would win the battle back. I can’t remember if Jess could have used her hex or not, but even if she did and saved herself last week, it would be used up. Each season, there is always that one person that they want to get out, keep making bad choices thinking they can get that person out later, and winds up outlasting them.

    • I agree. I said she should have been voted out with the assumption that there was a battle back(4 evicted HGs-timing was right)……then only one of the couple could possibly come back in.

      • I agree! Any of the hg that had previously watched big brother should have known it was possible that there would be a battle back. And who really would be more of a threat, Dom plus the potential of either Jess or Cody, but not both, or the possibility of both Jess and Cody being there. It’s obvious to us, but the hg are brainwashed by Paul, and he only wanted Dom out based on a lie that Cody started! So, Cody actually set himself up pretty good for that one! Crazy.

    • Good point! It would have been used. I kept saying all last week they should flip it. Dom was a waste i an hoh.

    • This week is also a waste, Ramses is useless. I don’t know why Paul is so hell bent on targeting Ramses just like he was with Dom last week. Hey wait, there is a common denominator! hmm

  15. Maybe these people complaining about Paul being a king/ringleader/mastermind or whatever would enjoy a repeat of BB16…Derrick just moved through the house knocking off the pigeons one by one..There was never a more boring season… It was the same week to week..We knew who the target was and who would for sure be leaving… Each week the viewers watched only to see the paint peeling off the walls and or the skin peeling off of Victorias scalp…..I am enjoying the battle between Paul and Cody..I am enjoying the twist and blindsides and the lies..the backstabbing the mayhem.. I enjoy not knowing whats gonna happen in the next 24 hours…This season has sooo many backstabbing lying conniving 2 faced players that turn on each other at the drop of Jasons hat..Its been a good season so far let the battle continue for a few more weeks…

    • I’m the rare fan who loved Derrick’s season. I enjoyed actual game play. Paul is no Derrick, the house knows exactly what Paul is doing but thinks they’re all with him. He’s a snake but all they see is a cute little garden lizard.

      • I loved Derrick’s season too. He was brilliant. I didn’t think that season was at all boring.

  16. What is the substance behind Alex and Jessica’s feud? They really HATE each other! Seems like since day one.

    • Alex is the pretty no nonsense fight for what u want out of life female that Jessica aspires to be..

      • There is one thing I remember. A while back, Cody said there were three people he would give up his game for(something like that, not sure of his exact wording): Jessica, Alex, and Raven. I don’t think Jessica appreciated that coming from her man.

      • I guess it was borne out of jealousy. Remember Cody tried to reel in Alex when both of them were working out? She said no deal because she wanted to break up the showmances? Cody put Alex on the block however, Jessica was pissed that Cody went to Alex. Too bad, Alex teaming up with Cody might have been a very good combination including, Jessica. You would have had 3 good competitors on one team! Much like the Miami Heat team with Lebron James, Chris Boch and Dwayne Wade that won 2 NBA championships!

      • Probably, the problem is Cody had a crush on Alex the time she was already with Jessica. You know women can be very jealous and Cody did not help his cause!

      • At the beginning what Cody had said is (paraphrasing) that he liked Alex because she was a competitor. He wants to play with people that can be a challenge not a bunch of floaters and he didn’t want her to go. He was pressured by his alliance to put her up, but really didn’t want to. During the Veto comp he threw it so Alex could win it and remove herself from the block and Jessica didn’t like that at all.

      • ANYONE can be very jealous when someone they like is showing an interest in someone else!

      • And it certainly didn’t help that Cody called Jessica ‘Alex’ when they were in bed. That never goes over well

      • Alex thinks she’s no nonsense fighter, but I haven’t seen any evidence of that. The 1st week or 2 she talked a good game but has yet to actually play a good game.

    • I think is mostly Jessica because she knows Cody likes Alex. I think he likes her as a competitor and not how Jessica may perceive it. She is just jealous. I have a feeling that Alex likes Jason and not just as a player, so it is possible that she liked Cody and Jessica moved in on him before Alex got the chance. My theory.

      • Do you think Alex likes Jason? He’s married with children. I don’t think she likes him aside from friendship. I do think she liked Cody but Jessica got her claws in him first. I know Cody likes Jessica for sure! But, I do think he liked Alex, he liked her style of gameplay but I think he also liked her personally. Now, I don’t know what’s up with them! I don’t know if they have talked at all

    • Pure jealousy! First, we must remember that in the beginning Jess thought most of the guys in house were hot… She only latched onto Cody because he won the first HOH. So, during the time before his hoh all the hg were talking to each other and it seemed like Cody liked/admired Alex. You can bet that Jess saw that and sees her as a threat. Plus, if you look at the cast pictures they took before the season started, Alex is sitting in Codys lap and Jessica is in the back. So I’m sure he and Alex were talking already. By the time they show us episode one the hg have all gotten to know each other. When they “introduce” themselves to each other, they’ve actually all met already. Who knows what talking was going on between Alex andz Cody at that point.

      • Now THAT makes the most sense of everything I’ve read so far. Thanks! I knew it was something more to it.

      • Your welcome! Imagine if Cody didn’t win that first HOH… Who would Jess have paired up with? This could have been a very different season!!

  17. Christmas be sliding around on that one leg PLAYING this game! I got to give it to the girl, she’s playing the game, sticking her neck out. I like players like that. Impressive for someone who cant really save herself possibly. She’s growing on me for now. Her and Paul are running it.

    • Yes, she really impressed me in that HoH comp. Just imagine what she could have been doing if she hadn’t injured that foot.

      • Yea they would have been in trouble! Paul needs a comp beast in his clique, but xmas is doing her thang. That girl is a hawk! She dont miss a beat. That’s good to have in your corner as well. She was the first to figure out Mark is pc of shish! I like that

    • LOL…Christmas would stab Paul in a minute if she didn’t need him right now…

      • I’m not so sure about that yet but that doesn’t mean I put it pass her. My point is shes playing the game.

      • I have to agree with you, although she is still one of Paul’s minions… She still seems to be playing her own game as well. We shall see

      • Actually I don’t trust any of them not eventually stabbing him in the back. I dont think he has a ride or die at this point, maybe down the line. I want kevin and jason out. I dont trust them the most at this point. For now, they’re all he has. Maybe they will form a bond dwn the line.

  18. What I would like to see happen is Cody to win HOH next. Then, he can really “finally” make a good move! Put up people from the large alliance. Jessica and Cody are the biggest idiots not to see everyone is against them! Seriously? In the HOH that Jessica won, all the punishments were given to Cody and the rest to Jessica. That should tell you something! Next you have the HOH and power and you waste it on a Josh and Ramses nomination? A better combo would have been Paul/Mark, Paul/Matthew, Paul/Raven, Paul/Alex to split that alliance to shards. Personally, I like Alex and I understand everything is fluid now, but, she should want some on her side removed. Once, they remove Cody and Jessica, they could target her! I would like to see Raven/Matthew, Mark/Elena evicted from this game! There probably be more balance and more drama too!

    • How are they going to see anything. The only socializing they do is hang out in the yard for a bit with everyone. If you watched them they are all over each other not really paying attention. Last night Cody pretended to be interested in Raven’s boring story, but was he really.

    • I think that after the blindside of Ramses, and in effect, Cody and Jessica, you’ll see Cody win the next HoH. He’ll be ticked enough to do it and then, look out!

    • You’re giving this idiot too much hope, Richie.
Hoping that Cody makes a smart move is the same chance of America’s soccer team winning the world cup

  19. So Jessica is unable to play in the next HOH comp. Cody and Paul both can but I think if Cody drops before Paul, Paul will drop to let one of his minions win HOH and I hope like hell it is Josh that wins this week if he stays. Now that will be some damned drama there. Put Cody or Jessica up and as a pawn, maybe Elena. Christmas can always replace either Cody or Jessica from playing in the POV comp and hopefully if Jessica is super smart, she will save the DoT HH to save herself and not Cody.

  20. Paul’s thought:

YOUR BOY IS PLAYING WITH A BUNCH OF IDIOTS, WHO’D LISTEN TO ME! I’M PISSED!!! ON THE BRIGHT SIDE THERE IS FRIENDSHIP WITH ME AND CERTAIN PEOPLE! ALL EXCEPT CODY!

  21. These players are handing the game to paul all because he is a vet. This season is starting to get annoying. Why keep Josh and Paul???? America dislikes josh and paul is running the house cause he is piggy backing off his whole “friendship” stick. Disappointing game play i say.

  22. Cody clearly had a thing for Alex but was it just a game thing? I know he respected her gameplay and really wanted to work with her, but I also wonder if he did have feelings for her!? Clearly he likes Jessica a lot more LOL
Curious though, since Cody has been back, have him and Alex talked game? Talk at all? Or is she staying clear of the enemy?

  23. I can’t believe Jason said he wants Christmas voted out because her broke foot makes him feel guilty! I could not believe he said that. If it weren’t for Alex he wouldn’t know what to do. She’s got him by the nose. Makes me wonder who’s the clown here??!!

    • I know! Bad enough her foot gets broken, but now he wants her to lose her chance at half a million dollars because he feels guilty over an accident? You think he would hope she does well in the game instead of suffering for nothing. That’s disappointing!
