Big Brother 18: Live Feeds Blackout Continues For Battle Back

The Big Brother Live Feeds are currently down as the Houseguests are going through the Battle Back competitions and likely the Head of Household competition and nominations as well, but we won’t have to wait much longer to find out what’s happened.

Big Brother 18 Feeds go dark for Battle Back

The Feeds cut just before Thursday’s eviction show and came with the expected warning that they wouldn’t be back until the conclusion of Friday’s special Big Brother episode later tonight.

The Live Feed may be down and running Jeff Loops but CBS has promised the in-house cams will be back at 9PM PT (12AM ET) tonight giving CBS time to air the extra show out west before letting us back in to the house.

Typically we would have been following along the Feeds on Thursday night to find out who is going to be the new HoH’s targets and what his or her plans are for the Roadkill comps, but there were some big changes to the routine this week.

Julie Chen revealed the Roadkill twist (and teams) were over for the season so no more looking out for those spoilers. Considering Feeds were down for nearly nine hours last Friday between the noms and Roadkill events we aren’t losing that much more today, but hopefully next week we’re back to normal.

When the Feeds are back I’m expecting we’ll discover who has won the Head of Household competition, since that was skipped on Thursday, and who was put on the Block. I’ll be interested to see if the returning HG is eligible for nomination or if there’s a week of safety. Considering HoH appears to have been held off until after the Battle Back is complete it seems likely that HG will be eligible both for winning HoH and for becoming a nominee.

So remember: Feeds are back tonight at 9PM PT (12AM ET) and we’ll have HoH & Noms spoilers then.

  1. This is good for one reason only I’ll actually get work done on a Friday morning now.

  2. This is killing me lol… I am missing my morning routine of reading the highlights while having my coffee …..What am I to do lol..I guess I will have to give hubby some attention ?

  3. Didn’t Julie say that the HOH competitions are going to be on Sundays now? I doubt we’ll see who won when the feeds return. I wonder if they’re gonna have a third competition moving forward…

    • This week’s HoH comp will be on Sunday and yes, it will need to be done so they can be ready to move on to the Veto comp on Saturday’s regular live schedule.

A new comp for Sunday shows going forward could be part of these new twists Julie teased, but we don’t know anything on them yet.

    • Especially after what Da said to her in her goodbye speech, it was pretty nasty. My 1st choice is Gleen but Tiff is my 2nd.

      • I also wanted Glenn to come back. But as you said Da’s message was nasty. Now I want Tiff to come back and kick her nasty a** right out the door where she belongs.

      • If it does happen and Tiff is HoH and gets rid of Da, can you just imagine her goodbye message to Da, it should be awesome!!!

      • Hopefully though, Tiff would be sweet as apple pie—that would be better than stooping to Da’s nasty level. I have to admit though, I’d love to hear Tiff riff on Da’!

      • LOL, I actually keep changing my mind, I’d really like Tiff to go back, she’s my first choice now and Glenn is my second choice (Mary Mary quite contrary?)
