It’s been an exciting day in the Big Brother 16 house as Nicole and Derrick had to make some controversial nominations in order to stick to the plan to backdoor Devin this week.
That means there was some fallout, some suspicions and some target shifting. Find out what else happened on the Big Brother Feeds so far today in the house.
Big Brother 16 Live Feed Highlights – Friday, July 11, 2014:
8:30 AM BBT – Feeds are down. Wake-up time.
9:02 PM BBT – Feeds return. “Nominations Today” is on the TV screen.
9:15 PM BBT – Nicole tells Hayden she’s afraid of being dethroned as HOH this week and getting backdoored. Hayden doesn’t think that would happen.
9:20 PM BBT – Nicole is spazzing to Derrick. She says she’s afraid these nominations are just to protect the Bomb Squad, which is now just being referred to as the eight. Derrick tells her no, not at all. This is just the easiest way to backdoor Devin, he says.
9:25 AM BBT – Derrick is definitely putting up Caleb and Jocasta, he says. Nicole is still going back and forth on who to put up with Amber.
9:50 AM BBT – Caleb and Derrick are talking about the plan. Caleb is OK with being nominated.
9:55 AM BBT – Nicole and Derrick tell Victoria that she might be going on the block, but she is definitely not going home this week.
10:00 AM BBT – Derrick tells Jocasta that she’s going up, but she has to trust him that she’s not the target.
10:01 AM BBT – Feeds cut. Nomination ceremony time.
1:10 PM BBT – Feeds return. Nominations are still on the screen. Derrick nominated Caleb and Jocasta. Nicole nominated Amber and Donny.
1:15 PM BBT – Devin is talking to Nicole in the HOH room. He asks her if the plan is to backdoor him. She confirms it to him.
1:16 PM BBT – Derrick fills Donny in what the Team America task is.
1:19 PM BBT – Frankie tell Derrick and Donny that they need to start trusting each other and that they need to really work together and do what America wants.
1:23 PM BBT – Team America decides to tell Hgs that Zach is BB15 Amanda’s cousin.
2:05 PM BBT – Nicole feels really bad about nominating Donny.
2:12 PM BBT – Nicole explains why she nominated Donny. She said he was telling her that Derrick was just manipulating her to keep the eight safe. That’s why she was freaking out on Derrick earlier. She also mentions that Donny was talking about flipping the house to say Paola the day before. The group in the HOH is talking about how paranoid Donny is and the trouble he’s causing. “He wouldn’t be up if he didn’t do that,” Nicole said.
2:16 PM BBT – Derrick tells Christine to be careful with Donny because he’s thrown her name around. He says he’s making her look bad.
2:38 PM BBT – Nicole tells Derrick she was still nervous what he was going to do until Caleb’s name showed up as one of Derrick’s nominees. They also say Donny is going to be a problem for them. Nicole apologizes to America for nominating Donny. She says he’s not her target.
2:43 PM BBT – Derrick confirms that the Battle of the Block is tonight.
2:44 PM BBT – Devin comes to the HOH room. He says if he’s not drawn for the POV would they consider letting him host the competition? They both agree that they will let him host.
So the plan is definitely to nominate Devin if he doesn’t win the veto this week. There hasn’t been a lot of talk about who would go home if he does win. But things are starting to look a little grim for Donny. But with Derrick on Team America with him, Donny should be safe. Right?

I’m assuming the sudden “animosity” between Derrick and Donny is fabricated to put daylight between them but I haven’t seen enough of the feeds yet to confirm it. Derrick is bad mouthing Donny a lot. (They just went to fish so we think bob is going on).
I don’t think it’s fabricated..they were in the storage room for a very long time talking together and no one really came in. I just can’t picture Donny trying to flip the house..that sounds more like something Britt or Amber would do.
It was a little awkward to watch this morning as Donny was talking to game in the Hive. I think Team America really brought him out of his shell. I just hope it doesn’t gunk up the game for him.
Matt. do you know what he said that made Nicole decide to put him on the block today? Alot of people are talking about what he said but I haven’t really caught anyone talking about what he actually said.
Apparently, he talked to Nicole and said that Christine can’t be trusted.
I don’t want people to turn on Donny. I really like him!
